SUBJECT: FINANCIAL GUIDELINES FOR 09-DAYS TRAINING OF 2952 PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS OF PEIMA IN THE SUBJECTS OF MATH, SCIENCE AND ENGLISH (PHASE-I).
TO BE COMMENCED FROM 04.07.2023 TO 13.07.2023 (BATCH-I) 14.07.2023 to 24.07.2023 (BATCH-II) AND 25.07.2023 TO 03.08.2023 (BATCH-III)
Financial Guidelines / Instructions:
The Competent authority has approved the subject training under the arrangement / supervision of QAED.
- The expenditure will be incurred strictly in accordance with following financial guidelines/instructions which as per funds enumerated object / head-wise in the enclosed financial plan and in case of any irregularity, the concerned QAED heads will be held responsible:
Remuneration Of MTS
i. Remuneration of Master Trainers @ Rs. 4,000/- per day.
ii. Lunch & Refreshment @ Rs. 350/- per Master Trainer / trainee per day.
iii. Stationery @ Rs. 200/- per trainee for a batch that is of 9-days.
iv. Miscellaneous cost @ Rs. 2,000/- per class for a batch of 9-days.
“CHARGED TO PEIMA” stamp should be endorsed on all vouched accounts.
V. All the payments should be made on cross cheques and not in cash
payment mode for each transaction.
vi. Copy of all cheques issued for subject training must be submitted with the vouched accounts.
vii. Copy of bank statement should be attached with vouched accounts and all cheques issued for subject training cleared in bank statement
should be highlighted.
