3. How to Apply
Aspiring candidates are invited to submit their applications via the official recruitment portal on the website of National Police Foundation (NPF) — Testing and Assessment Service: www.npftas.pk.
The deadline for submission of applications is 07 September 2026.
Each applicant will be required to pay a fee of Rs. 2,000/- per application / per post applied for, for processing of their application and conduct of requisite tests.
Fee can be paid through 1Link-1Bill service via any Bank / ATM / Internet Banking / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash / UPaisa, by using the 22-digit PSID generated on the fee challan issued from the online application portal.
Fee shall be non-refundable.
Applicants applying for more than one post will have to apply for each post separately and will have to pay the testing and processing fee for each post separately as well.
No applications submitted by hand, through courier, or any channel other than the above-mentioned online portal shall be entertained.
No documents / photos / forms are required to be submitted in hard form until the interview stage.
Candidates shall be informed about updates through the application portal / SMS / e-mail.
4. Physical and Endurance Test
Applicants declared eligible for the posts of Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver will initially be required to undergo an Endurance Test consisting of a one-mile (1.6 km) run.
Qualifying time:
Male candidates: 7 minutes
Female candidates: 10 minutes
Candidates will also be required to undergo physical measurements of height and chest.
Only applicants who successfully fulfil the minimum physical measurement criteria given against each post in the table and qualify the Endurance Test will be allowed to appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT).
5. General Terms and Conditions
On 07 September 2026, the applicant must possess the requisite educational qualifications and experience and must be within the age limits mentioned against each post.
All candidates applying for the above-mentioned posts shall be entitled to age relaxation in accordance with the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limits) Rules 1993, including general age relaxation of 5 years.
No relaxation will be allowed in the lower age limit, physical standards, or endurance test.
Selected candidates shall be liable to be posted at any place in Pakistan.
Applicants already in government service should apply through proper channel. They shall be required to produce NOC from their department at the time of interview.
Applicant shall present his/her original documents along with a set of attested copies of Degree/certificates issued by HEC/recognized Board/Universities/Institutes at the time of interview.
In case any information furnished by the applicant is found fake or bogus, candidature of the particular candidate shall stand cancelled and legal action shall be taken against the particular candidate during any stage of recruitment and also after employment.
At the time of final selection, candidates will be examined by the authorized civil surgeon of the Federal Government. Candidates found medically unfit shall be disqualified from the recruitment process.
No TA/DA will be admissible for Physical and Endurance Tests / Written Exam (CBT) / Skill Tests / Interview.
Candidates shall not be allowed to appear in Physical Test / CBT / Skill Tests / Interview unless they produce Roll No. Slip and original CNIC/Passport.
Separate Roll No. Slip shall be issued at each stage.
Candidates appointed against the posts of Technical Assistant (BPS-14) & UDC (BPS-11) shall have to qualify the mandatory prescribed IT Training Course of National Information Technology Board (NITB) before completion of the probation period.
The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
