SPECIAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES
The Special Education Department is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the hiring of School Teaching Interns (STIs) against vacant teaching posts in Special Education Institutions of Rawalpindi Division (District Murree, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, and Talagang) under the STI policy of the Government of the Punjab, Special Education Department.

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification and age limit (including age relaxation) as per STI Policy issued by Special Education Department. Fresh aspiring candidates having relevant qualification are encouraged to apply. However, preference may be given to candidates having teaching experience.
4. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Engagement shall be purely temporary, school-specific and non-transferable.
- Preference may be given to candidates having teaching experience.
- Duration: 09 months (excluding summer vacations) during Financial Year 2025-26 & 2026-27 or till arrival of regular incumbents, whichever is earlier.
- Monthly Honorarium:
- BS-16: Rs. 40,000/-
- BS-17: Rs. 45,000/-
- No right of regular appointment shall be conferred.
- Performance and attendance will be strictly monitored by concerned authorities.
- Engagement may be terminated on one month notice or payment in lieu thereof.
5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE & INTERVIEW SCHEDULE
- Interested candidates shall submit applications along with attested copies of: Updated CV, CNIC, Domicile, Academic Certificates/Degrees, Experience Certificates (if any) and two Passport size pictures.
- Applications must reach in the concerned Special Education institution by hand or courier till 27-10-2026.
- Incomplete or late applications shall not be entertained.
- Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
- Interview of eligible / short listed candidates will be held as per following date, time and venue (special intimation via letter, SMS and email will not be issued):
