Gradual Increment Involves the following Steps 2023
In the annual salary increment, 20 steps are prescribed for BS-01 to BS-16, 20 for BS-17 to BS-19 and 14 steps for BS-21 to BS-22. An employee may get some increment in a basic pay scale during a phase.
