Ban Imposed On the transfer | Posting Of teaching And Non-Teaching Staff For 7th Census 2023 || Notification

ORDER.

No. SO (S-1)/-135 120231 428-36 1. The Secretary, Government of Balochistan, School Education Department, is pleased to impose a ban on the transfer/posting of all teaching and non-teaching Staff of School Education Department, who are nominated as Enumerators / Circle Supervisors for 7th Population and Housing Census (Digital Census) and have also successfully completed the Training of Enumerators (ToEs), with immediate effect and till further orders.
The nominated / trained Enumerators / Circle Supervisors will not perform the duties asSupervisory Staff in the upcoming Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary School
Certificate (HSSC) Annual Examinations 2023. Rather, they are exempted from the SSC and HSSC Annual Examinations 2023 duty for the current year.
The Director of Education (Schools) Balochistan and Chairman, Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Quetta shall ensure the implementation of the order in letter and
spirit.

نمبر SO (S-1)/-135 120231 428-36 1. سیکرٹری، حکومت بلوچستان، محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن، تمام تدریسی اور غیر تدریسی عملے کے تبادلے/پوائنٹنگ پر پابندی عائد کرنے پر خوش ہیں۔ محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن، جنہیں 7ویں آبادی اور ہاؤسنگ مردم شماری (ڈیجیٹل مردم شماری) کے لیے شمار کنندگان/سرکل سپروائزرز کے طور پر نامزد کیا گیا ہے اور انہوں نے فوری طور پر اور اگلے احکامات تک شمار کنندگان کی تربیت کو کامیابی سے مکمل کر لیا ہے۔
نامزد/تربیت یافتہ شمار کنندگان/سرکل سپروائزر آئندہ سیکنڈری اسکول سرٹیفکیٹ (SSC) اور ہائیر سیکنڈری اسکول میں بطور نگران عملہ فرائض انجام نہیں دیں گے۔
سرٹیفکیٹ (HSSC) سالانہ امتحانات 2023۔ بلکہ، وہ SSC اور HSSC کے سالانہ امتحانات 2023 کی ڈیوٹی سے موجودہ سال کے لیے مستثنیٰ ہیں۔
ڈائریکٹر ایجوکیشن (اسکولز) بلوچستان اور چیئرمین، بلوچستان بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن، کوئٹہ خط میں حکم پر عمل درآمد کو یقینی بنائیں گے۔
