Dear Sir,
I am directed to refer to your letter No. SI.16-5/2023 dated 16.02.2023 on the subject cited above. The matter was placed before the Hon’ble Election Commission for deliberation and appropriate orders. The Commission after through discussion has been pleased to accord approval to the extent of following matters in exercise of powers under Article 218(3) of the Constitution read with Sections 8(c), 230(f) of the Elections Act, 2017 as requested.
Transfer/posting of officers below BS-20 posts such as special secretaries,
additional secretaries, deputy secretaries and section officers (except Secretaries) against Secretariat Positions. (within Secretariat) Internal postings of other departments and attached organizations below BPS-20 other than field such as Health, irrigation, Agriculture, Central
Police Office.
Field positions in BPS-17 and below such as Assistant Commissioners, ASP’s/DSP’s, Tensildars, SHO’s
To appoint Judges in Special courts such as consumer courts, Banking courts, Service Tribunal.

مجھے آپ کے خط نمبر SI.16-5/2023 مورخہ 16.02.2023 کا حوالہ دینے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے۔
اوپر حوالہ دیا گیا موضوع. معاملہ غور و خوض اور مناسب احکامات کے لیے معزز الیکشن کمیشن کے سامنے رکھا گیا۔ کمیشن نے بحث کے بعد آئین کے آرٹیکل 218(3) کے تحت اختیارات کے استعمال میں مندرجہ ذیل معاملات کی منظوری دینے پر خوشی محسوس کی ہے جو کہ الیکشنز ایکٹ 2017 کے سیکشن 8(c) 230(f) کے ساتھ پڑھے گئے ہیں جیسا کہ درخواست کی گئی ہے۔ .
BS-20 سے کم عہدوں کے افسروں کے تبادلے/تعینات جیسے خصوصی سیکرٹریز،
ایڈیشنل سیکرٹریز، ڈپٹی سیکرٹریز اور سیکشن آفیسرز (سوائے سیکرٹریز) سیکرٹریٹ کے عہدوں کے خلاف۔ (سیکرٹریٹ کے اندر) دیگر محکموں کی داخلی پوسٹنگ اور BPS-20 سے نیچے منسلک تنظیموں کے علاوہ دیگر شعبوں جیسے کہ صحت، آبپاشی، زراعت، مرکزی
پولیس کا دفتر.
BPS-17 اور اس سے نیچے کی فیلڈ پوزیشنیں جیسے اسسٹنٹ کمشنرز، ASP’s/DSP’s, Tensildars, SHO’s
