DEA Employee Leave Ban Announced: Impact on General Election 2024 Training

BAN OF LEAVE STATION LEAVE OF ALL GOVT. EMPLOYEES UNDER THE JURISDICTION (DEA) AND TRAINING OF GENERAL ELECTION 2024

In compliance notification issucd by the Assistant Dircctor (Coord) office of the Election Commission of Pakistan Notification No.F.2(1)/2023-Coord-Vol-X dated 22-12-2023, subject to in order to streamline the processing of leave applications of Departments the following course shall be followed:

The Casual Leaves of officers| officials shall be dealt by the Department/Authority concerncd at their own level.
Leave application other than casual lcaves:

I) of officers/ officials at District level of various departments shall be processed after taking concurrence from the concerned District Returning Officer.

While allowing leave, if so required, it shall be ensured that the otficer/ official is not engaged in any election assignment directly or indirectly or expected to be engaged in any kind of election duty.

II) of officers/ oficials at Provincial Headquarters of Provincial Secretariat, Provincial Directorates and other Autonomous and Semi-Autonomous offices shall be processed after taking concurrence from the concerned Chief Secretary.

However, leave applications relating to offices/ departments of the District present at Provincial Headquarter shall be processed after taking concurrence from the District Returning Officer.

While allowing leave, if so required, it shall be ensured that the officer/ official is not engaged in any election assignment directly or indirectly or expected to be engaged in any kind of election duty.

III) of oficers/ officials of BPg-19 & bellow at Federal level shall be processed after taking concurrence from the concerned District Returning Officer.

However, concurrence for leave application of officers of BPS-20 & above shall be obtained from Election Commission of Pakistan. While allowing leave, if so required, it shall be ensured that the officer/ official is not engaged in any election assigıment directly or indirectly or expected to be engaged in any kind of election duty.

The training will be started on 25-12-2023 of all Returning Officer, Assistant Returning Officer, Master Trainers, Assistant Presiding Oficer, Polling Officer (25-12-2023 to 11-01-2024) Presiding Officer/Senior Presiding Oficer

(13-01-2024 to 01-02-2024) in this regard all the District Education officers and lower formation ban on all types of leave and station leave and you are directed to attend the training 100% and ensure all directions.

اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر (کورڈ) کے دفتر کی طرف سے تعمیل کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا گیا ہے۔
الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان نوٹیفکیشن No.F.2(1)/2023-Coord-Vol-X مورخہ 22-12-2023، محکموں کی چھٹیوں کی درخواستوں کی کارروائی کو ہموار کرنے کے لیے درج ذیل کورس کی پیروی کی جائے گی۔

افسران کی آرام دہ چھٹیاں| حکام سے متعلقہ محکمہ/اتھارٹی ان کی اپنی سطح پر نمٹا جائے گا۔
آرام دہ اور پرسکون lcaves کے علاوہ درخواست چھوڑ دیں:

I) مختلف محکموں کے ضلعی سطح پر افسران/اہلکاروں پر متعلقہ ڈسٹرکٹ ریٹرننگ آفیسر کی منظوری کے بعد کارروائی کی جائے گی۔

چھٹی کی اجازت دیتے وقت، اگر ضروری ہو تو، اس بات کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا کہ افسر/ اہلکار براہ راست یا بالواسطہ کسی انتخابی اسائنمنٹ میں مصروف نہ ہو یا کسی بھی قسم کی انتخابی ڈیوٹی میں مصروف ہونے کی توقع نہ ہو۔

II) صوبائی سیکرٹریٹ کے صوبائی ہیڈ کوارٹرز، صوبائی ڈائریکٹوریٹ اور دیگر خود مختار اور نیم خودمختار دفاتر کے افسران/ اہلکاروں کو لینے کے بعد کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
متعلقہ چیف سیکرٹری کی رضامندی

تاہم، صوبائی ہیڈ کوارٹر میں موجود ضلع کے دفاتر/محکموں سے متعلق چھٹیوں کی درخواستوں پر ڈسٹرکٹ ریٹرننگ آفیسر کی منظوری کے بعد کارروائی کی جائے گی۔

چھٹی کی اجازت دیتے وقت، اگر ضروری ہو تو، اس بات کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا کہ افسر/ اہلکار کسی بھی انتخابی اسائنمنٹ میں براہ راست یا بالواسطہ یا کسی بھی قسم کی انتخابی ڈیوٹی میں مصروف ہونے کی توقع نہیں رکھتا ہے۔

III) متعلقہ ڈسٹرکٹ ریٹرننگ آفیسر کی رضامندی کے بعد وفاقی سطح پر BPg-19 اور bellow کے افسران/ اہلکاروں کی کارروائی کی جائے گی۔

تاہم، BPS-20 اور اس سے اوپر کے افسران کی چھٹی کی درخواست کے لیے الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان سے منظوری لی جائے گی۔ چھٹی کی اجازت دیتے وقت، اگر ضروری ہو تو، اس بات کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا کہ افسر/ اہلکار براہ راست یا بالواسطہ کسی انتخابی ذمہ داری میں مصروف نہیں ہے یا کسی بھی قسم کی انتخابی ڈیوٹی میں مصروف ہونے کی توقع ہے۔

تمام ریٹرننگ آفیسر، اسسٹنٹ کی ٹریننگ 25-12-2023 کو شروع کی جائے گی۔
ریٹرننگ آفیسر، ماسٹر ٹرینرز، اسسٹنٹ پریذائیڈنگ آفیسر، پولنگ آفیسر (25-12-2023 سے 11-01-2024) پریزائیڈنگ آفیسر/سینئر پریذائیڈنگ آفیسر

(13-01-2024 تا 01-02-2024) اس سلسلے میں تمام ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسرز اور لوئر فارمیشن کو ہر قسم کی چھٹی اور سٹیشن لیو پر پابندی عائد کی جاتی ہے اور آپ کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ ٹریننگ میں 100 فیصد شرکت کریں اور تمام ہدایات کو یقینی بنائیں۔
