REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
(INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES-ICS)
Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), Govt. Pakistan has received funding from the World Bank for the cost of the “Crisis Resilient Social Protection Program (CRISP)” (P-174484) and intends to use a portion of the proceeds of this funding to pay for the following “individual consultants” of the Service to be involved in under the “Crisis-Resilient Social Protection (CRISP)” program financed by the World Bank;
Name of Position(s):-
- Contract management
Specialist (CMS) (01 post). - Purchase Specialist-II (Goods and Services) (01 position).
- E-waste management consultant
(01 position).
Required qualifications and Experience.
01. Corporate public administration, economics, law (with specialization
from a reputable domestic or foreign institution. PMP certification would be an advantage.
Experience: Should have at least eight (08) years of professional experience
experience with the preparation and administration of contractual agreements in public
development and/or corporate sectors.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (16 years of education)
in purchasing, supply chain management, engineering, business
Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields from a reputed local or foreign institution.
Experience: At least eight (08) years of experience in the procurement process for public private sector projects/donors
agencies or international organizations involving procurement of goods and/or consultancy and non-consultancy services. - Qualifications: At least Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Public Health, Chemistry or related field;
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in conducting e-waste assessments, e-waste management and developing relevant SOPs. Minimum of 3 years working experience with Federal/Provincial EPAS. Great writing and
communication skills in English. Strong analytical, evaluation, persuasive and advocacy skills. Rich experience from
cooperation with various national and international stakeholders.

مطلوبہ قابلیت اور تجربہ۔
کارپوریٹ پبلک ایڈمنسٹریشن/معاشیات، قانون (تخصص کے ساتھ
کسی معروف ملکی یا غیر ملکی ادارے سے۔ PMP سرٹیفیکیشن ایک فائدہ ہو گا.
تجربہ: کم از کم آٹھ (08) سال کا پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ ہونا چاہیے۔
عوام میں معاہدہ کے معاہدوں کی تیاری اور انتظامیہ کا تجربہ
ترقی اور/یا کارپوریٹ سیکٹر۔
- اہلیت: بیچلر/ماسٹر ڈگری (تعلیم کے 16 سال)
خریداری، سپلائی چین مینجمنٹ، انجینئرنگ، کاروبار میں
کسی معروف مقامی یا غیر ملکی ادارے سے ایڈمنسٹریشن، اکنامکس، فنانس یا متعلقہ شعبے۔
تجربہ: پبلک پرائیویٹ سیکٹر کے پراجیکٹس/عطیہ دہندگان کے لیے خریداری کے عمل میں کم از کم آٹھ (08) سال کا تجربہ
ایجنسیاں یا بین الاقوامی تنظیمیں جن میں سامان کی خریداری اور/یا مشاورتی اور غیر مشاورتی خدمات شامل ہیں۔ - قابلیت: ماحولیاتی سائنس/انجینئرنگ، پبلک ہیلتھ، کیمسٹری یا متعلقہ شعبے میں کم از کم ماسٹر ڈگری؛
تجربہ: ای ویسٹ اسسمنٹ، ای ویسٹ مینجمنٹ اور متعلقہ SOPs تیار کرنے میں کم از کم پانچ (5) سال کا تجربہ۔ وفاقی/صوبائی EPAS کے ساتھ کم از کم 3 سال کام کرنے کا تجربہ۔ زبردست تحریر اور
انگریزی میں مواصلات کی مہارت. مضبوط تجزیاتی، تشخیص، قائل اور وکالت کی مہارت۔ سے بھرپور تجربہ
مختلف قومی اور بین الاقوامی اسٹیک ہولڈرز کے ساتھ تعاون۔
