MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 27-10-2023 AT 11:00AM. BOARD EXAM , NO MARKS BUT GRADING SYSTEM IN ALL BOARD OF PUNJAB AND SINDH FROM ANNUAL 2024
A meeting regarding implementation of the new grading formula with Chairmen Sindh Examination Boards was organized on 27-10-2023 at 11:00am in the meeting room of IBCC Secretariat, Islamabad. The meeting started with the recitation of the Holy Quran.
Qazi Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman, System Analyst, BISE Multan gave a comprehensive
presentation to the participants. He briefed the members about existing grading scheme implemented in all examination boards of Punjab and Sindh, salient features of new grading scheme to be implemented in 2024 in first phase and the procedure to calculate the GPA & CGPA.
The presentation was highly appreciated by the worthy members and members endorsed that new Grading System shall be implemented in its first phase by 2024 by all BISES of the country simultaneously.
The members suggested to organize a two days training workshop for Examination & IT Staff of Sindh Examination Boards in this context at the earliest.
