CONVENING OF PROVINCIAL CABINET MEETING 26 October 2023

A meeting of the caretaker cabinet has called on October 26. Approval of the budget for the next four months from November 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024 is under consideration.

Dear Sir,

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that under Article 126 of the Constitution of Pakistan, the proposal for authorization of expenditure for 04 months (1st November, 2023 to 29th February, 2024) out of Provincial Consolidated Fund, is required to be presented to the Provincial Cabinet on 26/10/2023 at 10:30 AM, for consideration, as approved by the Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Annex-I).

2) I am, therefore, directed to request. hat special meeting of the Provincial Cabinet. It may kindly be conven on 26/10/2023 at 10:30 AM. The following will be the agenda items.

Authorization of Expenditure for 04 Months (1st November, 2023
to 29th February, 2024).
Estimates of Receipts for first 4 months (1st July to 31st October 2023) and second 04 months (1st November,2023 to 29th February, 2024)
Annual Development Programme for 04 Months (1st November, 2023 to 29th February, 2024)

3) The summaries for the Cabinet on the above items will be circulated by
Finance and P&D Departments prior to commencement of the meeting.
4) It is, therefore, requested that further necessary action may be taken in
this regard under intimation to all concerned.
