Subject: – DATA ENTRY OF POSTS (NON-TEACHING MINISTERIAL AS WELL
AS SUPERVISORY/ADMINISTRATIVE)
With reference to subject cited above and to state that Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for online management of all the matter of HR pertaining to School Education Department has been developed. It is pertinent to mention here that service matters of all the

teaching staff are already being processed/handled through HRMIS and
manual applications in service matters will not be entertained in near future.
It is further stated that competent authority has desired to extend
the benefits of said system to non-teaching staff.

In this regard, it is decided that in first phase data of only sanctioned non-teaching ministerial as well as supervisory / administrative posts of Administrative Department, Autonomous Authorities, Bodies, Projects, PMUS, Field Offices, Special institutions, Schools will be entered on HRMIS. In 2nd Phase, complete information of employees (ICP chart) working on said posts will be entered.

I am directed to request you to enter the data of only sanctioned
posts (non-teaching ministerial as well as supervisory/administrative either
regular or contract posts sanctioned on Basic Scale/lump sum pay package/
MP scale) of your office / school (as already reflected in respective budget
book/audit copy/SNE) on HRMIS website (https://sedhr.punjab.gov.pk/)
through your designated official user login ID.

In addition to above, I am further directed to request you to contact technical support team of SED at support.sedhr@punjab.gov.pk, for
support / help (if needed) in entry of requisite data is.
