APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL NOTIFICATION TO KEEP ESTS ENGLISH (PREVIOUSLY GRADUATE ENGLISH TEACHERS APPOINTED IN 1995-97 IN BS-14) SENIOR TO ALL OTHER CATEGORIES OF ESTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTION AS SST.
I am directed to refer to your application dated Nil on the subject cited above and to enclose herewith copies of letters bearing even number dated 26.08.2020 & 30.12.2022 wherein instructions have already been disseminated to all the Chief Executive Officers, District Education Authorities, in Punjab to comply with the directions of order dated 01.03.2017 passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in, Civil Petition No.1068/L-2013 in letter & spirit.
