ENSURE 100% PRESENCE OF STUDENTS AND STAFF IN SCHOOLS

ENSURE 100% PRESENCE OF STUDENTS AND STAFF IN SCHOOLS

Reference is made to the subject cited above. In continuation of earlier letter issued by this office vide No. 4701/Admn dated13.10.2023 . Wherein directions have passed that educational activities must carr in all the schools as per educational calendar.

But it is regretted to mention here with great concern. That issued directions have not implemented in the field in true letter and spirit. Contrary to the directions, the attendance percentage of both the teachers. And students is quite alarming and keeping in view of above grim situation, strict directions have been issued by the higher authorities for strict and immediate compliance which are as under:

Immediate Compliance

1- All public schools must open and observe official timings issued by the District Education Authority Vehari.
2- Ensure 100% presence of students and staff to carry out educational activities.
3- Anti-Dengue activities must perform on daily basis and no user must be dormant.
4- All the field staff must visit schools on daily basis to check the status and report in writing.
5- All the afternoon schools (Male & Female) must be fully functional as per school timings issued for afternoon schools.
6- If any teacher from afternoon school is not willing to teach, the concerned Deputy DEO and AEO is direct to hire the staff from local community as per guidelines/criteria issued for Afternoon School Programme.

اسکولوں میں طلباء اور عملے کی 100% موجودگی کو یقینی بنائیں

اسکولوں میں طلباء اور عملے کی 100% موجودگی کو یقینی بنائیں

حوالہ اوپر دیے گئے موضوع کی طرف دیا گیا ہے۔ اس دفتر کی طرف سے جاری کردہ پہلے خط کے تسلسل میں نمبر 4701/Admn dated 13.10.2023 جس میں ہدایات جاری کی گئی ہیں کہ تمام سکولوں میں تعلیمی کیلنڈر کے مطابق تعلیمی سرگرمیاں ہونی چاہئیں۔

لیکن یہاں انتہائی تشویش کے ساتھ یہ بتانا افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑتا ہے کہ جس نے ہدایات جاری کیں۔
میدان میں صحیح معنوں میں لاگو نہیں کیا گیا ہے۔ ہدایات کے برعکس اساتذہ اور طلباء دونوں کی حاضری کا تناسب کافی تشویشناک ہے اور مذکورہ تشویشناک صورتحال کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے اعلیٰ حکام کی جانب سے سختی سے سختی کی ہدایات جاری کی گئی ہیں۔
اور فوری تعمیل جو کہ درج ذیل ہے:

1- تمام سرکاری اسکول کھولے جائیں اور ان کی طرف سے جاری کردہ سرکاری اوقات کی پابندی کریں۔

2- تعلیمی سرگرمیوں کو انجام دینے کے لیے طلباء اور عملے کی 100% موجودگی کو یقینی بنائیں۔
3- انسداد ڈینگی سرگرمیاں روزانہ کی بنیاد پر کی جانی چاہئیں اور کوئی صارف غیر فعال نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔
4- تمام فیلڈ سٹاف کو روزانہ کی بنیاد پر سکولوں کا دورہ کرنا چاہیے تاکہ سٹیٹس چیک کریں اور تحریری طور پر رپورٹ کریں۔
5- تمام دوپہر کے اسکول (مرد اور خواتین) کے مطابق مکمل طور پر فعال ہونا چاہیے۔
دوپہر کے اسکولوں کے لیے اسکول کے اوقات جاری۔
6- اگر دوپہر کے اسکول کا کوئی استاد پڑھانے کو تیار نہ ہو تو متعلقہ
ڈپٹی ڈی ای او اور اے ای او کو ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ وہ مقامی کمیونٹی سے عملے کی خدمات حاصل کریں۔
دوپہر کے اسکول پروگرام کے لیے جاری کردہ رہنما خطوط/ معیار کے مطابق۔
