Government Announces Salary Increase for all govt employees from 1st December
The government has announced a salary increase for all civil servants from December 1

All civil servants will receive a salary increase effective December 1, 2022. This salary increase will be included in the December salary received in January 2023.
This salary increase is also called annual increment because it is mandatory for all civil servants. The government cannot stop this growth.
Annual increments are added to the base salary for all employees. The rate of annual increase may vary according to the basic salary scales of the employees.

Based on the annual growth rate chart above, all employees can estimate their salary growth. This annual increment will be part of their basic salary.
حکومت نے یکم دسمبر سے تمام سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں میں اضافے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
25 نومبر 2022 کو شکیل کے ذریعے پوسٹ کیا گیا۔
تمام سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہ میں اضافہ یکم دسمبر 2022 سے لاگو ہوگا۔ تنخواہ میں یہ اضافہ جنوری 2023 میں موصول ہونے والی دسمبر کی تنخواہ میں شامل ہوگا۔
اس تنخواہ میں اضافے کو سالانہ انکریمنٹ بھی کہا جاتا ہے کیونکہ یہ تمام سرکاری ملازمین کے لیے لازمی ہے۔ حکومت اس ترقی کو نہیں روک سکتی۔
تمام ملازمین کی بنیادی تنخواہ میں سالانہ اضافہ شامل کیا جاتا ہے۔ سالانہ اضافے کی شرح ملازمین کی بنیادی تنخواہ کے پیمانے کے مطابق مختلف ہو سکتی ہے۔
