INCULDING LEAVE PROBE PREPARATORY TO RETIREMENT AND VACATIONS.
- I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to enclose herewith
a copy of letter No.1061-50 (SR)IV/77 Dated 18.8.1977 received from Deputy Secretary

CS کیم سکینر کے ساتھ سکین کیا گیا۔ - مجھے مزید ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ میں خزانہ کی طرف سے جاری کردہ نوٹیفکیشن کو سرکولیٹ کر دوں
وہ محکمہ جس میں الاؤنسز ظاہر کرتے ہیں کہ یہ فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے کہ یہ الاؤنس چھٹی کے دوران قابل قبول نہیں ہیں بشمول ریٹائرمنٹ اور چھٹیوں کی تیاری۔ - مزید برآں، تعطیلات کے محکمے کے افسران جن کو تعطیلات (یا اس کے کچھ حصے) کے دوران اپنی سرکاری ڈیوٹی پر حاضر ہونا ضروری ہے وہ چھٹیوں کے دوران ایسی مدت کے لیے کار/اسکوٹر مینٹیننس الاؤنس، کنوینس الاؤنس حاصل کرنے کے حقدار ہوں گے جیسا کہ سربراہ نے تصدیق کی ہے۔ ڈیوٹی پر خرچ کیے جانے والے ادارے/محکموں کا۔
