اہم معلومات

1- اپنی سروس بک مورخہ 2022-12-01 تک اپنے DDO سے مکمل کروائیں ۔ سروس بک میں ہر سال ماہ جولائی اور دسمبر کی پے سلپ لگائیں ۔اپنی سروس بک کی مورخہ 2022-07-01 تک خزانہ دفتر ٹیکسیشن کروائیں ۔

2۔ جن PST اور EST اساتذہ کی تعلیمی قابلیت ایم اے/ایم ایس سی معہ بی ایڈ سکینڈ ڈویژن ہے ان کی پرموشن بھی نہ کبھی ہونی
ہے ۔لہذا ایسے اساتذہ اپنے فرسٹ تقرری آرڈ ر ( متعلقہ مجاز اتھارٹی ) جس نے آپ کے تقرری آرڈر جاری کیے ہیں ان کے دفتر سے Verified کروائیں ۔ علاوواز میں اپنی تمام اسناد متعلقہ بورڈ ایو نیورسٹی سے Verified کروائیں ۔

3- خزانہ دفتر سے اپنی List Basic Pay اور ROP کی لسٹ حاصل کر یں اور اپنی سروس بک میں لگائیں ۔

4 پرائمری سکول کے ہیڈ ٹیچر NSB کا کا روائی رجسٹر سیلز ٹیکس ، انکم ٹیکس والے ادائد و بلز اور کیش تک اچھے طریقے سے مکمل کریں ۔

5- اپنے تمام کاغذات Verified CNIC ، اسناد، تقرری آرڈر ، حاضری رپورٹ ، ٹرانسفر آرڈ ر، فراغت اور حاضری رپورٹ ، پرموشن آرڈ رمعہ فراغت وحاضری رپورٹ سروس بک میں لگائیں ۔

6- اپنی پے سلپ پر اپنے کوائف چیک کریں کہ پے سلپ پر آپ کا نام، عہدہ ،شناختی کاردنمبر اور دیگر کوائف درست درج ہیں ۔

7- جن اسا تذہ کی سروس 25 سال مکمل ہوگئی ہے وہ خزانہ دفتر سے اپنی 25 سالہ سروس کی Verification کروائیں ۔

8- 60 سال عمر پوری ہونے پر ریٹائرمنٹ لینے والے اور 60 سال عمر پوری ہونے سے پہلے ریٹائرمنٹ لینے والے اساتذہ اپنے فرسٹ آرڈ رتقرری Verified کروائیں ۔ 25 سالہ سروس Verified کروائیں اور تنخواہوں کی ٹیکسیشن اپ ٹو ڈیٹ مکمل کروائیں.

9- ریٹائر ہونے والے اساتذہ کوریٹائرمنٹ سال کے بی پی فنڈ کے منافع کی رقم ملتی ہے ۔ جن اساتذہ نے بی منافع کی رقم حاصل نہ کی ہے ریٹائرمنٹ سال کے بقیہ پیریڈ کی جی پی فنڈ کی ریوائز ڈ اتھارٹی خزانہ دفتر سے بنوا کر مذکور ومنافع کی رقم حاصل کریں ۔

10۔ ایسے اسا تذہ یا سرکاری ملازمین جو ملازمت سے ریٹائر ہونے کے پانچ سال ہونے سے پہلے وفات پا جاتے ہیں ان کے ورثاء کوٹیلی پنشن کے ساتھ ساتھ گروپ انشورنس بھی ملتی ہے ۔ جن اساتذ وا سرکاری ملازمین کے ورثاء نے یہ فائدہ حاصل نہ کیا ہے وہ اپنا انشورنس کا کیس بنا کر اپنی انشورنس کی رقم حاصل کریں ۔

11۔ جن اساتذہ کی تنخواہ سے انکم ٹیکس کی کٹوتی ہوتی ہے وہ اپنائیکس گوشوارہFBR کوE-File online کروائیں۔

12۔ ہرسال دسمبر میں اپنی ہرسال کی Mannual ACR مکمل کروائیں اور سروس بک پر سالانہ ترقی کا اندراج کروائیں ۔

سروس بک کی تکمیل کروانے ،NSB کی کیش بک کی تکمیل کروانے ، اپنا پرموشن کیس تیار کر نے ریٹائرمنٹ اور پنشن کیس
تیار کر نے کے لیے رہنمائی حاصل کر یں ۔ بیوگان کے کیس فی سبیل اللہ منظور کروائے جاتے ہیں ۔

Important information

1- Get your service book completed by your DDO by 2022-12-01. Put the pay slips of July and December in the service book every year. Get your service book taxed to the Finance Office till 07-01-2022.

PST and EST teachers whose educational qualifications are MA/MSc with B.Ed second division should never be promoted. Therefore, such teachers should get their first appointment order verified from the office of the concerned competent authority who has issued your appointment order. Get all your credentials verified by the concerned board and university in Allawaz.

3- Get your list of basic pay and ROP from the treasury office and put it in your service book.

4 Head Teacher of Primary School Complete NSB’s payment register properly till sales tax, income tax arrears and bills and cash.

5- Put all your documents Verified CNIC, Credentials, Appointment Order, Attendance Report, Transfer Order, Graduation and Attendance Report, Promotion Order, Graduation and Attendance Report in the service book.

6- Check your details on your payslip that your name, position, ID number and other details are correct on the payslip.

7- Those who have completed 25 years of service should get their 25 years of service verified from the Finance Office.

8- Teachers who retire on completion of 60 years of age and those who retire before the completion of 60 years of age should get their first-order rank verified. Get 25 years of service verified and complete salary taxation up to date.

9- Retired teachers get the profit amount of the BP fund of the co-retirement year. The teachers who have not received the benefit amount should obtain the mentioned benefit amount by making the revised authority of the GP fund for the remaining period of the retirement year from the finance office.

Such employees or government employees who die before five years of retirement from service, their heirs get Kotili pension as well as group insurance. The heirs of teachers and government employees who have not received this benefit should make their insurance case and get their insurance amount.
Teachers who have income tax deducted from their salary should e-file their return to FBR online.
Complete your Annual ACR in December every year and register the annual progress in the service book.
