SUBJECT:- INTERVENING / AWAITING / DISPOSAL / SURRENDER PERIOD TREATED AS LEAVE OF KIND DUE

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to convey that the Competent Authority has taken a series notice regarding the teachers /officers who have remained awaiting posting / disposal / surrender at School Education Department / CEOs(DEAs) up-till 02.06.20203.

And have not applied during last e-transfer round-18 through School Information System (SIS) for their further adjustment/posting despite clear directions of the competent authority vide letter No.SO(SE)MISC/2023 dated 08.05.2023 in Para-2 (ii) which are reproduced as under.

“Awaiting posting officers / teachers are directed to apply on SIS for their postings. In case of non-compliance, their ntervening/ awaiting period will be considered as leave of kind due instead of
pay pupose, they are further directed to get themselves updated on SIS from the officer of undersİgned”

2) I am further directed to request you that due to floating of above Said directions regarding adjustmnent of intervening / awaiting posting period
of said teachers / officers may be considered as leave of kind due instead of
SSuance of pay purpose orders w.e.f 01.07.2023.

This may be accorded top priority where such period is beyond 03 months.
