Leave Act for Government Servants

Privilege Leave for Civilian Employees:

(TYPES OF LEAVES)

Under the Amended Leave Rules of 1980, leave may be granted to civilians on leave.

(1) LFP with Sixth Full Pay

LFP is 4 in a month and 48 in a year. Medical leave up to 120 days
certificate and leave upto 180 days can be granted with medical certificate.

(2) LHP With Sixth man Salary

Full pay leave can be converted into half pay leave on the request of civil servants.

(3) Recreational Leave RL

This leave can be granted up to 15 days once in a year in lieu of LFP of 10 days.

(4) Maternity leave ML

Female civilian employees can be sanctioned for a maximum period of 90 days. B Privileges Full Service
I am only for 3 years. This leave is not deducted from the camel.

(5) Special Leave SL

Female employees can be given a maximum leave of 130 days on death of husband.

(6) Disability Leave DILEAVE

If the Civil Servant is unable to attend duty due to illness, the authorized doctor. A maximum of 720 days of leave can be granted at a time on recommendation. This leave is not deducted from the levy count. The full salary for the first 180 days will be LFP and half of the remaining salary will be paid.

(7) LEAVE NOT DUE

If there is no leave in leva account, advance leave is given from the next LFP can be This leave can be granted only for 365 days in the entire service.

(8) LEAVE EX-PAKISTAN

5 years on completion of year’s service at the discretion of the authorized officer 02 on less than one year’s service. An extraordinary annual leave may be granted.

(11) CASUAL LEAVE

سولین ملازمین کے استحقاق رخصت:

(TYPES OF LEAVE)

1980 کے ترمیم شد و رخصت قوانین کے تحت سویلین ما از مین کومند رات میں رخصت ( چھٹیاں منظور کی جا سکتی ہیں ۔

(۱) چھٹی پوری تنخواہ کے ساتھ LFP:

LFPمہینے میں 4 اور سال میں 48 تی ہیں ۔ 120 دن تک کی چھٹی نظیر میڈیکل
سرٹیفیکیٹ کے منظور کی جاسکتی ہے اور 180 دن تک کی چھٹی میڈ یکل سرٹیفیکیٹ کے ساتھ منظور کی جاسکتی ہے ۔

(۲) چھٹی آدمی تنخوہ کے ساتھ LHP:

سول ملازمین کی درخواست پر پوری نخواہ کی چھٹیاں آدھی تنخواہ کی چھٹیوں میں منتقل کی جاسکتی.

(۳) تفریحی چھٹی RL:

یہ چھٹی 10 دن کی LFP کے عوض سال میں ایک مرتبہ 15 دن تک کی منظور کی جاسکتی ہے۔

(۴) زچگی کی چھٹی ML :

خواتین سویلین ملازمین کو زیادہ سے زیادہ 90 دن تک منظور کی جاسکتی ہے۔ بی مراعات پوری سروس
میں صرف 3 وفعہ کیلئے ہے ۔ یہ چھٹی لیوا کا ؤنٹ میں سے منہا نہیں ہوتی ۔

(۵) خصوصی چھٹی SL :

خواتین ملازمین کو شوہر کے انتقال پر زیادہ سے زیادہ 130 دن کی چھٹی دی جاسکتی ہے ۔

(1) معزوری کی چھٹی DILEAVE :

اگر سول ملازم کسی بیماری کی وجہ سے ڈیوٹی پر حاضر ہونے سے قاصر ہوتو مجاز ڈاکٹر کی
سفارش پر ایک وقت میں زیادہ سے زیادہ 720 دن تک کی چھٹی دی جاسکتی ھے یہ چھٹی لیوا کاؤنٹ سے منہا نہیں کی جاتی ۔
پہلے 180 دن کی پوری تنخو اوLFP ہوگی اور باقی ماند ہون کی آدھی تنخوادادا کی جائے گی ۔

(۷) چھٹی اگر نہ ھو LEAVE NOT DUE :

اگر لیوا کاؤنٹ میں چھٹی نہ ھوتو آئندہ کی LFP میں سے ایڈوانس چھٹی دی
جاسکتی ہے ۔ یہ چھٹی پوری سروس میں صرف 365 دن تک دی جاسکتی ہے ۔

(۸) پاکستان سے باہر جانے کی چھٹی LEAVE EX-PAKISTAN :

یہ پچھٹی سول ملازمین کو کسی دوسرے ملک جانے
کیلئے منظور کی جاتی ہے ۔

(۹) ریٹائرمنٹ کے لیئے تیاری کی چھٹی LPR :

یہ پچھٹی ریٹائرمنٹ کے وقت لیوا کاؤنٹ میں سے زیادہ سے زیادہ 365 دن
تک دی جاسکتی ہے ۔

(۱۰) غیر معمولی چھٹی EOL:10

سال کی سروس مکمل ہونے پر 5 سال بکہ افسر مجاز کی صوابدید پرہ سال سے کم سروس پر 02
سال کی غیر معمولی چھٹی منظور کی جاسکتی ہے ۔

(۱۱) اتفاقہ چھٹی CASUAL LEAVE:

درج بالا چھٹی کے علا وہ ایک سال کے دوران ۲۰ یوم کی اتفاقیہ چھٹی ( Casual
Leave) منظور کی جاسکتی ہے ۔
