SUBJECT: MEETING OF FOCAL PERSONS REGARDING ANTI-DENGUE MEASURES / ISSUES

I am directed to intimate that a meeting under the Chairmanship of Secretary, School Education Department, Lahore, has scheduled.

Schedule to be held on 07-07-2023 (FRIDAY) at 03:00 P.M. in the Committee Room of the School Education Department (11-A, Lawrence Road Campus, Lahore) to discuss different issues regarding anti-dengue measures.

2) I am further directed to request you to ensure presence of respective anti-Dengue focal person in the said meeting as per date and venue along with.

i. Status regarding Resolution of Dengue Vigilance Report (DVR)
ii. List of dormant users (05.07.23 & 06.07.23).

iii. Fake activities uploaded on Dengue dashboard (05.07.23 & 06.05.23)
iv. 100% hotspot coverage
v. Dengue related issues (if any).

مجھے مطلع کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ سیکرٹری سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ لاہور کی زیر صدارت ایک میٹنگ شیڈول ہے۔

07-07-2023 (جمعہ) کو دوپہر 03:00 بجے منعقد ہونے والا شیڈول محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن کے کمیٹی روم (11-A، لارنس روڈ کیمپس، لاہور) میں انسداد ڈینگی اقدامات کے حوالے سے مختلف امور پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔

2) مجھے مزید ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ آپ سے متعلقہ کی موجودگی کو یقینی بنائیں
مذکورہ اجلاس میں انسداد ڈینگی فوکل پرسن کے ساتھ تاریخ اور مقام کے مطابق۔
