Online Submission of Pension Cases November 2023

SUBJECT: ONLINE SUBMISSION OF PENSION CASES.
l am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Competent Authority has desired to make live e-pension system in Districts Attock, Gujranwala, M.B. Din, Hafizabad & Bahawalpur w.e.f. 15.11.2023 (Wednesday).
Accordingly, your nominated focal person on e-pension have been given training on 02.11.2023. The Directors Public Instruction (SE/EE), Punjab, Lahore.
I am, therefore, directed to convey that after 15.11.2023, no fresh pension case from Districts Attock, Gujranwala, M.B. Din, Hafizabad & Bahawalpur shall be submitted to this department manually and all pension cases will be submitted online.
The Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Attock, Gujranwala, M.B. Din, Hafizabad & Bahawalpur.
l am further directed to request the CEOs (DEAs), Attock, Gujranwala, M.B. Din, Hafizabad & Bahawalpur to ensure submission of applications for e-pension of the employees / officers who have retired recently or about to be retired. For any assistance in this regard, the office of undersigned may be contacted.
