Based on the approval of the PEC commission, see its 28th meeting held on
03.01.2023 the following schedule is hereby announced to enable School Based Assessment (SBA) for Grades 1 to 8 by District Education Authorities.

1. Upload the final item bank
2. Creation of reports by schools through IBS

4. Model papers for teacher and student guidance are available on PEC website www.pec.edu.pk and can be downloaded from: https://pec.edu.pk/model papers.
5. The SBA term sheet will be issued by the school principal according to the above schedule.
6. Each school will generate papers by logging into the Item Bank System (IBS) with a QR code showing complete school information with an EMIS code (which can be scanned using any QR code scanning application).
   DEAS is requested to take necessary measures to ensure that schools use IBS using their own login and conduct assessments as per the guidelines issued. Plan

03.01.2023 درج ذیل شیڈول کا اعلان ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹیز کی طرف سے گریڈ 1 سے 8 کے لیے سکول بیسڈ اسیسمنٹ (SBA) کو فعال کرنے کے لیے کیا جاتا ہے۔

5. مندرجہ بالا شیڈول کے مطابق SBA ٹرم شیٹ سکول پرنسپل جاری کرے گا۔
6. ہر اسکول آئٹم بینک سسٹم (IBS) میں لاگ ان کرکے ایک QR کوڈ کے ساتھ کاغذات تیار کرے گا جس میں EMIS کوڈ کے ساتھ اسکول کی مکمل معلومات دکھائے جائیں گے (جسے کسی بھی QR کوڈ اسکیننگ ایپلیکیشن کا استعمال کرکے اسکین کیا جاسکتا ہے)۔
   DEAS سے درخواست کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ اس بات کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ضروری اقدامات کریں کہ اسکول اپنے لاگ ان کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے IBS کا استعمال کریں اور جاری کردہ رہنما خطوط کے مطابق اسیسمنٹ کریں۔ منصوبہ
