INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS REQUIRED FOR SHORT TERM CONSULTANCY

Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab intends to hire the services of individual consultants on short term consultancy, against qualification and experience as mentioned below:-
Eligibility Criteria :
- Bachelor Degree having relevant
professional experience - Proficient in communicating messages
through presentations and strong analytical skills. - Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of similar work with
government organization.

How to Apply?
• The hiring of short term consultancy services of Individual Consultants will be made strictly on merit basis as per
selection criteria mentioned in Rule 46 of PPRA Rules, 2014.
• Detailed terms of reference (TORS), are available at https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk/Home/Jobs
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview telephonically or through SMS.
• No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview.
Consultancy fee is negotiable.
• A one-to two-page cover letter stating the individual’s interest in the role and why they think they are suited for it.
• The cover letter will be used as a go/no-go criterion, with poor or unprofessional cover letters leading to an
application being discarded.
• Late and incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• The interested individual consultant having expertise in above mentioned fields may send their applications (Cover

• The Department reserves right to cancel/reject any application/selection process without assigning any reason.

قلیل مدتی کنسلٹنسی پر انفرادی کنسلٹنٹس، اہلیت اور تجربے کے برخلاف، جیسا کہ ذیل میں بتایا گیا ہے:-

- متعلقہ بیچلر ڈگری
پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ - پیغامات پہنچانے میں ماہر
پریزنٹیشنز اور مضبوط تجزیاتی مہارت کے ذریعے۔ - ایسے امیدواروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی جن کے ساتھ اسی طرح کے کام کا پیشگی تجربہ ہو۔

شرائط و ضوابط:-
• انفرادی کنسلٹنٹس کی قلیل مدتی مشاورتی خدمات کی بھرتی سختی سے میرٹ کی بنیاد پر کی جائے گی۔
PPRA رولز، 2014 کے قاعدہ 46 میں ذکر کردہ انتخاب کے معیار۔
• تفصیلی ٹرمز آف ریفرنس (TORS)، https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk/Home/Jobs پر دستیاب ہیں۔
• صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو ٹیلی فون یا SMS کے ذریعے انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
• انٹرویو میں حاضر ہونے کے لیے کوئی TA/DA ادا نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
کنسلٹنسی فیس قابل تبادلہ ہے۔
• ایک سے دو صفحات پر مشتمل کور لیٹر جس میں اس کردار میں فرد کی دلچسپی اور وہ کیوں سوچتے ہیں کہ وہ اس کے لیے موزوں ہیں۔
• کور لیٹر کو گو/نو-گو معیار کے طور پر استعمال کیا جائے گا، ناقص یا غیر پیشہ ورانہ کور لیٹر کے ساتھ
درخواست کو مسترد کیا جا رہا ہے.
• دیر سے اور نامکمل درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
