Consequent upon the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee No. II Services & General Administration Department (Regulation Wing) Govt. of the Punjab, Lahore vide amended Notification

No. SO OR-III (S&GAD)2-15/87 (P) dated 19-01-2018, further endorsed by the School Education Department Govt. of the Punjab Lahore vide No. SO (SE-III)5-121/2011 (P-1) dated

02-07-2019, in its meeting held on 29-04-2023 under the Chairmanship of the CEO (DEA) Vehari, the following 20-Elementary School Teachers (Male) (BS-14) are hereby promoted / appointed as Secondary School Teachers

(Arts / Science) in BS-16 Rs.(28070-2260-95870) plus usual allowances out of 50% quota reserved for in-service promotion of ESTs all categories under the amended recruitment rules, dated 14-03-2014.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Their services will be governed by the civil servant rules 1974 as amended by the Government from time to time.
2. They will remain on probation for the period as prescribed under the rules.
3. Their seniority will be determined under Rules.
4. If any discrepancy is detected, the action will be taken under the Rules.
5. The teacher will apply for his promotion adjustment on SIS as and when the E-transfer opened by the School Education Department Govt. of the Punjab under E-transfer Policy, 2022 of Section 05.
6. If the incumbent does not avail and failed to join his new place of posting after issuance of his E-transfer adjustment orders, it will be presumed that he has foregone his promotion.
