The competent authority found that the procedure for the promotion of teaching staff from PST to EST, EST to SST and the promotion of non-pedagogical staff (ministerial staff) from IV. grade to a lower officer under 20% quota for performance of service.
From junior officer to senior officer and senior officer to assistant is very slow in the entire province of Punjab and the authorities concerned are not showing much interest in promoting teaching and non-teaching staff in their respective districts. We invite a link to the above subject.

In this regard, you are advised to convene a meeting of the Union Promotion Committee (DPC) well in advance before 29.04.2023 in the affirmative and request for the appointment of a union representative.
