Run: 1 mile in 10 minutes (men under 35)
Run: 1 mile in 12 minutes (women and men over 35)
Sit-ups and push-ups: 25 per minute (men only)
Height: 5 feet 4 inches, except for DERT Rescuers where the minimum height is 5 feet.
Height: 5 feet (for women)
Chest: 33 inches (men only) except DERT rescuers.
