Punjab Govt Announces Winter Vacation Schedule for Schools & Colleges 2023

According to the latest news, Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi held a meeting with experts and government officials today on 30 November 2023.
It was decided in the meeting that no restrictions will be planned for the upcoming weekends considering the improved air quality index (AQI). Also, the winter holidays of children will start from 18th December 2023 and will continue till 01st January 2024.
A few days ago there were rumors that winter vacations would start from December due to the cold weather and foggy conditions across the province. But in today’s meeting it was decided that the winter holidays for schools and colleges will take place as per the normal plan as it happens every year.
Winter vacations in schools and colleges of Punjab will start from 18 December 2023 to 01 January 2024

پنجاب حکومت نے سکولوں اور کالجوں کے لیے موسم سرما کی تعطیلات 2023 کے شیڈول کا اعلان کر دیا۔
تازہ ترین خبر کے مطابق، وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب سید محسن نقوی نے آج 30 نومبر 2023 کو ماہرین اور سرکاری حکام کے ساتھ میٹنگ کی۔
میٹنگ میں فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ بہتر ہوا کے معیار کے انڈیکس (AQI) کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے آئندہ ویک اینڈز کے لیے کوئی پابندی نہیں لگائی جائے گی۔ نیز بچوں کی موسم سرما کی تعطیلات 18 دسمبر 2023 سے شروع ہوں گی اور یکم جنوری 2024 تک جاری رہیں گی۔
چند روز قبل یہ افواہیں سامنے آئی تھیں کہ صوبہ بھر میں سرد موسم اور دھند کے باعث موسم سرما کی تعطیلات دسمبر سے شروع ہو جائیں گی۔ لیکن آج کی میٹنگ میں فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ سکولوں اور کالجوں میں موسم سرما کی تعطیلات ہر سال کی طرح معمول کے پلان کے مطابق ہوں گی۔
پنجاب کے سکولوں اور کالجوں میں موسم سرما کی تعطیلات 18 دسمبر 2023 سے یکم جنوری 2024 تک ہوں گی۔
محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن SED آنے والے دنوں میں موسم سرما کی تعطیلات کے حوالے سے ایک باضابطہ نوٹیفکیشن جاری کرے گا۔ اسکول کی موسم سرما کی تعطیلات کے حوالے سے مزید تعلیمی خبروں اور تازہ ترین اپ ڈیٹس کے لیے Parhopak سے رابطے میں رہیں۔
