03 DAYS’ TRAINING OF 216 MASTER TRAINERS ON STEM AT LAHORE, ISLAMABAD & MULTAN & TRAINING OF 5400 TEACHERS FROM SELECTED 2700 SCHOOLS ON STEM IN 36 DISTRICTS

2. QAED Punjab is going to manage 03 Days’ face to face training of Master Trainers (MTs) on STEM w.e.f. 15-17 November, 23 at Lahore, Islamabad & Multan.
3. District QAEDs will share the list of selected MTs (2 MTs from each subject i.e
   Science, mathematical and IT) with Focal Persons of training centers i.e., Lahore, Islamabad & Multan.
4. The STEM MTS will deliver 03 Days’ face to face training to Science, Math and IT teachers of selected schools in 36 Districts w.e.f., 20-22 November, 2023 (Batch-1), 23-25

November, 2023 (Batch-II), 27-29 November, 2023 (Batch-III).

5. The District QAED Heads are, therefore, requested to do the following:

a) coordinate with the concerned CEOs for relieving of 216 MTs and 5400 Science, Math and IT teachers of the selected 2700 schools from their schools/workplace for training
b) ensure 100% attendance of MTs & teachers during trainings as per schedule shared above.

6. The soft copies of training content for STEM training of teachers & timetable will be shared through email. The focal persons for both trainings will get photocopy of the training content for the trainers/MTs and teachers.

The District QAED Heads will ensure 100% attendance of the MTs and Science, Math and IT Teachers of selected schools as per schedule. The list of 5400 teachers from selected 2700 schools is attached at Annexure-A.

7. The financial guidelines for both trainings will be issued by the Deputy Director- Finance of QAED Punjab.

2. QAED پنجاب STEM w.e.f. پر ماسٹر ٹرینرز (MTs) کی 03 دن کی آمنے سامنے تربیت کا انتظام کرنے جا رہا ہے۔ 15-17 نومبر، 23 لاہور، اسلام آباد اور ملتان میں۔
3. ڈسٹرکٹ QAEDs منتخب MTs کی فہرست کا اشتراک کریں گے (ہر مضمون سے 2 MTs یعنی
   سائنس، ریاضی اور آئی ٹی) تربیتی مراکز کے فوکل پرسنز یعنی لاہور، اسلام آباد اور ملتان کے ساتھ۔
4. STEM MTS 20-22 نومبر 2023 (بیچ-1)، 23-25 کے درمیان 36 اضلاع کے منتخب اسکولوں کے سائنس، ریاضی اور آئی ٹی اساتذہ کو 03 دن کی آمنے سامنے تربیت فراہم کرے گا۔

5. اس لیے ضلع QAED کے سربراہان سے درخواست کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ درج ذیل کام کریں:

a) 216 MTs اور 5400 کو ریلیف دینے کے لیے متعلقہ سی ای اوز کے ساتھ رابطہ قائم کریں
ان کے منتخب کردہ 2700 اسکولوں کے سائنس، ریاضی اور آئی ٹی اساتذہ
تربیت کے لیے اسکول/کام کی جگہ
ب) تربیت کے دوران MTs اور اساتذہ کی 100% حاضری کو یقینی بنائیں
شیڈول اوپر مشترکہ.

6. اساتذہ کی STEM ٹریننگ اور ٹائم ٹیبل کے لیے تربیتی مواد کی سافٹ کاپیاں ای میل کے ذریعے شیئر کی جائیں گی۔ دونوں ٹریننگ کے فوکل پرسن کو ٹرینرز/ایم ٹی اور اساتذہ کے لیے تربیتی مواد کی فوٹو کاپی مل جائے گی۔

ضلع QAED کے سربراہان شیڈول کے مطابق منتخب اسکولوں کے MTs اور سائنس، ریاضی اور IT اساتذہ کی 100% حاضری کو یقینی بنائیں گے۔ منتخب 2700 اسکولوں کے 5400 اساتذہ کی فہرست ضمیمہ-A میں منسلک ہے۔

7. دونوں تربیتوں کے لیے مالی رہنما خطوط QAED پنجاب کے ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر فنانس کے ذریعے جاری کیے جائیں گے۔
