Commission has been happy to accede your request conditionally to the extent of :
I. Posting or Transfer as a consequence of court cases.
II. Posting or transfer as a result of promotion enabling the officers to actualize promotion.
However, all transfer or posting in the province should be made with prior approval of the Commission.
