Health Department Allied Health Professional Service Rules, 2012 (as amended), and Punjab Health
Department Technical Posts Service Rules, 2003, Paramedical Establishment Service Rules, 2003 and Punjab Health Department Ministerial Establishment Recruitment Rules, 2003.

Qualification Required
Intermediate or equivalent qualifications (Second
Division) from a recognized Board. A speed of 80
W.P.M in shorthand in (English) and 35 W.P.M in
type writing in (English). ii.Computer Literate in MS
Office NOTE: Preference shall be given to
candidates who also know Urdu Shorthand at speed
of 60 W.P.M. and typing (Urdu) at a speed of 25 W.P.M.
Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) form a recognized Board: A speed of 25 W.P.M of typing on computer in English and Proficiency in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application.
FSC (Second Division) from a recognized Board having one or two years Diploma in relevant discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty. If none is available, then candidates having qualification of Matric (Second
Division) with science from a recognized Board
along with one or two-years Diploma in relevant
discipline of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab

Terms & Conditions:
How To Apply?
1) Both Male/Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab can apply. 2) Appointments shall be made, on contract basis, under “The Contract
Appointment Policy, 2004″ initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
3) Complete application along with attested copies of all educational certificates (like Matric, F.Sc. etc.) / degrees / diplomas, copy of domicile, valid CNIC, work experience certificates (if any) and 02 latest passport size photographs must be submitted in the office of Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal.
4)In case of ‘O’ Level & ‘A’ Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
5) Applicants must present original documents at the time of interview.
6) Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt, of the Punjab, S&GAD Notification and Recruitment Policy 2022 i.e. 10 years for Female candidates and 07 years for Male candidates shall be granted.
7) Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022. 8)Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with “The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004/Recruitment Policy, 2022” and instructions issued from time to time by Govt, of the Punjab.
9) Persons already in Govt, service should apply through their departments along with NOC.
10) Incomplete applications as well as the applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained in any case. 11) Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.12) No TA/DA shall be allowed for appearance in any test or interview.
13) Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill all the requirements of the rules relating to the post as mentioned above.14) Applications addressed to the
undersigned shall be received during office hours in the office of Establishment Branch, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal till 30.12.2022.
15) Evaluation of the candidates shall be done as per the “Selection Criteria
for Appointment” as stipulated in the Recruitment Policy, 2022 of the Government of the Punjab.
Furthermore, Selection Committees may devise some written/practical tests for evaluation of candidates for
any particular post to evaluate their capabilities as part of the “Interview” and assign marks accordingly.
16) Interview/test of the candidates for the above-mentioned posts shall be held in the Committee Room, Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwalat 09:00 AM. The details are as under: Shorthand/Typing test for the post at Sr. No.01 shall be held on 15.01.2023. Typing test for the post at
Sr. No. 02 shall be held on 16.01.2023. Interview for the posts at Sr.No. 3,4,5,6&7 shall be held on
17.01.2023. iv.Interview for the posts at Sr.No.8&9 shall be held on 18.01.2023. v.Interviews for the posts
at Sr.No.10,11&12 shall be held on 19.01.2023. vi Interview for the posts at Sr. No. 182 shall be held on

شرائط و ضوابط:
اپلائی کیسے کریں؟
1) صوبہ پنجاب کا ڈومیسائل رکھنے والے مرد/خواتین دونوں درخواست دہندگان درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔ 2) تقرریاں، معاہدے کی بنیاد پر، “معاہدے کے تحت کی جائیں گی۔
تقرری کی پالیسی، 2004″ ابتدائی طور پر 03 سال کی مدت کے لیے اچھی کارکردگی سے مشروط قابل توسیع۔
3) تمام تعلیمی سرٹیفکیٹس (جیسے میٹرک، F.Sc. وغیرہ) / ڈگریوں / ڈپلوموں کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیوں کے ساتھ مکمل درخواست، ڈومیسائل کی کاپی، درست CNIC، کام کے تجربے کے سرٹیفکیٹ (اگر کوئی ہے) اور 02 تازہ ترین پاسپورٹ سائز تصاویر ہونی چاہئیں۔ میڈیکل سپرنٹنڈنٹ، ساہیوال ٹیچنگ ہسپتال، ساہیوال کے دفتر میں جمع کرایا۔
4) ‘O’ لیول اور ‘A’ لیول کی صورت میں، مساوات کا سرٹیفکیٹ بھی جمع کرانا ضروری ہے۔
5) درخواست دہندگان کو انٹرویو کے وقت اصل دستاویزات پیش کرنا ہوں گی۔
6) حکومت پنجاب، S&GAD نوٹیفکیشن اور بھرتی کی پالیسی 2022 کے مطابق عمر کی بالائی حد میں عمر میں چھوٹ دی جائے گی یعنی خواتین امیدواروں کے لیے 10 سال اور مرد امیدواروں کے لیے 07 سال۔
7) ریکروٹمنٹ پالیسی، 2022 کے مطابق کوٹے کا مشاہدہ کیا جائے گا۔ 8) بھرتیاں “کنٹریکٹ اپائنٹمنٹ پالیسی، 2004/ریکروٹمنٹ پالیسی، 2022” اور حکومت کی طرف سے وقتاً فوقتاً جاری کردہ ہدایات کے مطابق میرٹ پر کی جائیں گی۔ پنجاب۔
9) وہ لوگ جو پہلے سے حکومت میں ہیں، سروس کو NOC کے ساتھ اپنے محکموں کے ذریعے اپلائی کرنا چاہیے۔
10) نامکمل درخواستوں کے ساتھ ساتھ آخری تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر کسی صورت غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ 11) اتھارٹی بغیر کسی وجہ بتائے کسی بھی سطح پر پوسٹوں کی تعداد کو منسوخ، بڑھانے یا کم کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔
13) امیدواروں کو ان کے اپنے مفاد میں مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ درخواست دینے سے پہلے اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ وہ اوپر بیان کردہ پوسٹ سے متعلق قواعد کے تمام تقاضوں کو پورا کرتے ہیں۔ 14) درخواستیں
زیر دستخطی 30.12.2022 تک دفتری اوقات میں اسٹیبلشمنٹ برانچ، ساہیوال ٹیچنگ ہسپتال، ساہیوال میں وصول کی جائے گی۔
15) امیدواروں کی تشخیص “انتخابی معیار کے مطابق کی جائے گی۔

کسی بھی خاص پوسٹ کو “انٹرویو” کے حصے کے طور پر ان کی صلاحیتوں کا جائزہ لینا اور اس کے مطابق نمبر تفویض کرنا۔
16) مذکورہ پوسٹوں کے لیے امیدواروں کا انٹرویو/ٹیسٹ صبح 9:00 بجے کمیٹی روم، میڈیکل سپرنٹنڈنٹ، ساہیوال ٹیچنگ ہسپتال، ساہیوال میں منعقد کیا جائے گا۔ تفصیلات درج ذیل ہیں: شارٹ ہینڈ/ٹائپنگ ٹیسٹ نمبر 01 پر پوسٹ کے لیے 15.01.2023 کو منعقد کیا جائے گا۔ پر پوسٹ کے لیے ٹائپنگ ٹیسٹ
