With reference to the subject cited above. It is submitt that as per your demand /request, funds has transferred to Bank of Punjab, College Road Pakpattan for further transfer to NSB accounts of after noon schools District Pakattan to disburse the 6-months honoraria.

The honoraria will disburse through cross cheque to the actual payees and according to the Govt. policy, After Noon Schools Programme dated 12.11.2021. After Noon School staff, should not distribute honorarium for the period of absence from duty.

Monthly Bank statement of NSB account of each school should keep in school file, as well as cask register may also maintain. The concern DEOs should device a mechanism for disbursement of honoraria according to Govt. policy and instruction. This matter may assign on TOP Priority.
