GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB
SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
Dated Lahore the 24th May, 2023

NOTIFICATION

No. So (A-I) 1-31/2022: It is hereby notified that all Public & Private Schools
throughout Punjab shall remain closed w.e.f. Tuesday 6th June, 2023 to Sunday
20th August, 2023 for summer vacation. All schools in the Province shall re-open
w.e.f. Monday 21st August, 2023.

Chief Executive Officers (DEAS) and the concerned Heads shall manage the
distribution of homework and books to the students during summer vacation.

All Chairmen of BISEs in the Punjab
The Director General Public Relations, Punjab, Lahore with the request to release this Notification to the press/TV & Radio
All Additional Secretaries of School Education Department.
The Director (Monitoring), School Education Department with request to upload the notification on the official web-site of the department.
