- A candidate can apply for only one post.
- Before you applying online, please check the advertisement thoroughly and ensure that you fulfill all the requirements/eligibility for the post you wish to apply for.
- Update/edit your application with utmost care. Only one time editing is allowed, the information provided will be considered final.
- Candidates are required to provide postal address and valid/active mobile phone number.
- Candidates must be a registered citizen of Pakistan and CNIC holder.
- Those who are in government service should apply through proper channel and must provide NOC at the time of interview.
- The schedule of Test/Interview will be informed to the eligible/shortlisted candidates through SMS/website only.
- Candidates belonging to Minority/Scheduled Caste/PWD and Women quota will be considered as per their reserved quota.
- If you are applying for Disability Quota, you must provide NADRA CNIC and Disability Certificate at the time of Test/Interview. Otherwise you will not be eligible for disability quota.
- Place of duty will be Rawalpindi/Islamabad only.
- Age will be calculated from the last date of this advertisement.
- Age relaxation will be given to disabled candidates and candidates belonging to Sindh (R), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, AK and GB as per the existing rules prescribed by the Government of Pakistan.
- Age relaxation admissible to retired armed forces personnel is 15 years or the number of years actually served in the armed forces, whichever is less; Therefore the maximum age limit for retired armed forces personnel is 45 years.
- Do not send print out of application (hard copy by post) or any document (like photograph, CNIC, mark sheet etc.).
- All communication will be done through valid contact number (mobile number).
- Call letters for test/interview will be placed on our official website i.e. www.amdte-rect.gov.pk.
- Applications found with fake/incorrect information (CNIC, qualification, experience, gender, religion and residence etc.) may be rejected at any stage.

- General Headquarters reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. Written test/interview will be conducted in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi and Quetta.
- If the number of candidates is less at the candidate’s selected centre, he/she may be shifted to other nearest test/interview centres.
