I.
Two Days preparing of Directing Officials and Sr. APOs (Extension A).
II.
Half Day Direction Meetings for APOs and Surveying Officials (Extension B).

The terms and conditions/subtleties of the preparation phases are as under:

(a) The preparation phases/meetings will be led according to following timetable.
01). multi Day Preparing of Directing Oficers

APOs and Surveying Officials.
Dates
26h April to 07h May., 2023
08th to eleventh May, 2023
(b) The preparation will begin at 08:00 a.m. day to day and will be led according to plan.
(c) The arrangement of Expert Mentors and development of bunches
(members) will be the obligation of concerned REC/DEC.
(d) The concerned REC/DEC wll orchestrate l recognize the preparation settings (government possessed structures) and wil additionally guarantee idiot proof security during the stages of preparation with the assistance of region organization and policet
security work force.
(e) The printing of preparing material and copy (where required) will be the obligation of PEC Punjab. The delicate duplicate of all the significant preparation material (Handbook, Handout, Placemat and so forth) has proactively been imparted to the PEC Punjab.
(f) The separate RECs and DECs will work with the preparation groups by choosing a central individual at each preparing setting to work with the mentors and to guarantee the participation of members.
