appearing in the preliminary electoral rolls before the publication of the final electoral rolls. in
in this regard, according to the approved mechanism, relevant data on voters who are of age
100 years or more, listed in PER is attached.

The following guidelines will be used to perform said verification
everyone involved follows.

Each CBC shall deliver the ARO to the appropriate supervisor and
VO for verification.
The verified list of each CBC must be duly signed by the person concerned.
Verification of clerks, supervisors and assistant registrars.
After verification and signature by those concerned, submit to this office no later than
August 12, 2022.
