Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous body under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, providing free quality education to approximately 04 million children across the province. PEF seeks ambitious and experienced persons for the following positions.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ACCA/ACMA OR relevant Masters/M.Com/MBA Finance, MS Finance, MS (Accounting & Finance)/BBA (Hons.) Finance. Experience: At least 6 years post-qualification experience in a medium-sized organization in Audit/Finance, dealing with Financial/Internal/Commercial/Government Audits; OR at least 8 years post-qualification experience in Audit/Finance. Knowledge of international donor regulations, presentation and analytical skills, communication/interpersonal skills, computerized accounting software and MS Office preferred.
2. Deputy Director (IT) – Software Development — 1 Post (Open Merit) — Rs. 196,250 + IT Allowance Rs. 50,000	Age: 40 years maximum. Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science/Information Technology. Experience: At least 6 years post-qualification experience. Experience in web application development using .NET and related technologies. Must be proficient in ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, AJAX, web services, web references, LINQ, XML, SQL Server 2005/2008, Oracle 11G, JavaScript/JQuery and CSS, with strong OOP and relational database concepts.
3. Deputy Director IT (Android Application Developer) — 1 Post (Open Merit) — Rs. 196,250 + IT Allowance Rs. 50,000	Age: 40 years maximum. Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science/Computer Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Experience: At least 6 years post-qualification experience in a medium-sized organization, including 2 years of solid development experience with Android Studio, Microsoft .NET, MS SQL Server, SQLite databases, Java, XML, JSON and Web Services/APIs.
4. Deputy Director (Law) — 1 Post (Open Merit) — Rs. 196,250	Age: 40 years maximum. Qualification: Minimum LL.B. from an HEC-recognized university. Experience: At least 6 years post-qualification experience as a practicing Advocate in the High Court.
5. Assistant Director (Finance) — 2 Posts (Open Merit) — Rs. 131,250	Age: 35 years maximum. Qualification: Minimum 16 years relevant education from HEC-recognized university/MBA Finance/MS Finance/MS (Accounting & Finance)/BBA (Hons.) Finance/ACMA/ACCA. Experience: At least 4 years in accounts and finance. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; MS Office and computerized accounting software experience required.
6. Assistant Director (Audit) — 1 Post (Open Merit) — Rs. 131,250	Age: 35 years maximum. Qualification: CA-Finalist/ACMA/ACCA/16-year qualification in Finance, Public Finance, Banking/Finance Management/Commerce, MBA Finance/MS Finance/MS (Accounting & Finance)/BBA (Hons.) Finance. Experience: At least 4 years post-qualification experience in finance and audit.
7. Assistant Director (IT) – Network Support Engineer — 1 Post (Open Merit) — Rs. 131,250 + IT Allowance Rs. 40,000	Age: 35 years maximum. Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science/Information Technology. Experience: At least 4 years post-qualification experience. Hardware/software troubleshooting, network-device administration, Windows Server 2003/2008, OS network model, Ethernet, TCP/IP and services including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH and SMTP required.
8. Assistant Director (IT) – Software Development — 1 Post (Open Merit) — Rs. 131,250 + IT Allowance Rs. 40,000	Age: 35 years maximum. Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science/Information Technology. Experience: At least 4 years post-qualification experience. Web development/designing experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, AJAX, web services, web references, XML, Oracle 11G/SQL Server 2008, .NET Framework 2.0/3.5 and above, JavaScript/JQuery; strong OOP and relational database concepts required.
9. Assistant Director (Content Writer) — 1 Post (Open Merit) — Rs. 131,250	Age: 35 years maximum. Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Journalism/Mass Communication/Digital Media/Media and Communication Studies/Computer Sciences/relevant degree from HEC-recognized university. Proficiency in English & Urdu content writing preferred. Experience: At least 4 years post-qualification relevant experience in advertising agency, magazine, public or private organization. Proficiency in MS Suite required.

22. Executive Assistant (Photographer) — 1 Post (Open Merit) — Rs. 66,250	Age: 33 years maximum. Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Mass Communication/Journalism/Digital Media/Visual Arts/relevant degrees with focus on photography and videography from HEC-recognized university. Experience: 1 year post-qualification relevant experience. Candidates applying for Photographer will not undergo typing test.

Important Instructions

Incomplete, unsigned or incorrectly filled applications will not be accepted.
Applications received after the deadline for hard copies will be rejected.
