A public sector organization invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for the following posts (Contract Cat-). The qualification, experience and age limit prescribed for the post are as under:-

Required Qualification:-

a) 3 year Diploma in Nursing with 1 year midwifery course duly
recognized by PNC with 02 year experience.
b) 3 years Diploma in Nursing with 1 year course in ICU/Ward
etc. duly recognized by PNC with 02 year’s experience.
c) 4 years B.Sc Nursing (after Intermediate) duly recognized by PNC.
d) M.Sc Nursing Two Years course after B.Sc (Nursing) duly
recognized by PNC.
a) SA-I B.Sc (1st Div) (In Medical Imaging Technology) Nil Exp.
b) SA-I B.Sc (1st Div) with (Chemistry / in the field Radio-
pharmacy), Nil Exp.
a) Matric with Science minimum 2nd Div with at least 50% Marks.
Minimum experience 6 years of Radiology Department.
b) Matric with Science minimum 2nd Div with at least 50% marks
with 01 year technical course in Radiology. Minimum experience
5 years of Radiology Department.
Matric at least Second Class with Motor Cycle License with minimum
02 years relevant experience.

How To Apply?

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The age of the Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years.
2. Where the prescribed qualification is 1st Div. in the final degree/ certificate, only one second Div. in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility.
3. Candidates must have obtained all educational certificates/diplomas/degrees from Govt. recognized institutions. Only the candidates who fulfill prescribed eligibility criteria may apply. Candidature of those who do not fulfill the requirements and apply for above post, may be cancelled at any stage during the process of selection or subsequently and no claim whatsoever will be acceptable during and after selection.
4. Application on given format with attested copies of educational degrees/certificates/testimonials / experience (if any), National Identity Card (CNIC) and domicile must reach the undersigned up to 26-12-2022 to the Pr. Administrator, P.O.
   Box No.10068 Lahore. Incomplete applications or that received after the due date will not be entertained.
5. Name of the post for which applied should be written clearly at top right comer of the envelope.
6. Only the candidates who fulfill prescribed eligibility criteria will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible
   for appearing in test/ interview.

پبلک سیکٹر کی ایک تنظیم پاکستانی شہریوں سے درج ذیل آسامیوں کے لیے درخواستیں طلب کرتی ہے (کنٹریکٹ کیٹ-)۔ اس عہدے کے لیے قابلیت، تجربہ اور عمر کی حد درج ذیل ہے:-

مطلوبہ اہلیت:-

a) نرسنگ میں 3 سالہ ڈپلومہ 1 سالہ مڈوائفری کورس کے ساتھ
02 سال کے تجربے کے ساتھ پی این سی کے ذریعہ تسلیم شدہ۔
ب) ICU/وارڈ میں 1 سالہ کورس کے ساتھ نرسنگ میں 3 سالہ ڈپلومہ
وغیرہ۔
c) 4 سال کی B.Sc نرسنگ (انٹرمیڈیٹ کے بعد) PNC کے ذریعہ مناسب طور پر تسلیم شدہ۔
d) B.Sc (نرسنگ) کے بعد M.Sc نرسنگ دو سالہ کورس
PNC کی طرف سے تسلیم شدہ
a) SA-I B.Sc (1st Div) (میڈیکل امیجنگ ٹیکنالوجی میں) Nil Exp.
b) SA-I B.Sc (1st Div) کے ساتھ (کیمسٹری / فیلڈ میں ریڈیو-
فارمیسی)، Nil Exp.
a) میٹرک سائنس کے ساتھ کم از کم 50% مارکس کے ساتھ کم از کم 2nd Div۔
ریڈیولاجی ڈیپارٹمنٹ کا کم از کم 6 سال کا تجربہ۔
b) میٹرک سائنس کے ساتھ کم از کم 50% نمبروں کے ساتھ کم از کم 2nd Div
ریڈیولوجی میں 01 سالہ تکنیکی کورس کے ساتھ۔ کم سے کم تجربہ
ریڈیولاجی ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے 5 سال۔
میٹرک کم از کم سیکنڈ کلاس کے ساتھ موٹر سائیکل لائسنس کے ساتھ
02 سال متعلقہ تجربہ۔

اپلائی کیسے کریں؟

اہم نوٹ:

1. امیدواروں کی عمر 18 سال سے کم اور 35 سال سے زیادہ نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔
2. جہاں تجویز کردہ اہلیت 1st Div ہے۔ حتمی ڈگری / سرٹیفکیٹ میں، صرف ایک سیکنڈ Div. میٹرک کے بعد سے پورے تعلیمی کیریئر میں اہلیت کے لیے قابل قبول ہوگا۔
3. امیدواروں نے حکومت سے تمام تعلیمی سرٹیفکیٹ/ڈپلومے/ڈگری حاصل کی ہوں گی۔ تسلیم شدہ ادارے صرف وہی امیدوار درخواست دے سکتے ہیں جو مقررہ اہلیت کے معیار کو پورا کرتے ہیں۔ جو لوگ تقاضے پورے نہیں کرتے اور مذکورہ پوسٹ کے لیے درخواست نہیں دیتے، ان کی امیدواری انتخاب کے عمل کے دوران یا بعد میں کسی بھی مرحلے پر منسوخ کی جاسکتی ہے اور انتخاب کے دوران اور بعد میں کوئی بھی دعویٰ قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
4. تعلیمی ڈگریوں/سرٹیفکیٹس/تعریفات/تجربہ (اگر کوئی ہے)، قومی شناختی کارڈ (CNIC) اور ڈومیسائل کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیوں کے ساتھ دیے گئے فارمیٹ پر درخواست 26-12-2022 تک زیر دستخطی تک پہنچنی چاہیے۔ ایڈمنسٹریٹر، P.O.
   باکس نمبر 10068 لاہور۔ نامکمل یا مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
5. جس پوسٹ کے لیے درخواست دی گئی ہے اس کا نام لفافے کے اوپر دائیں آنے والے حصے میں واضح طور پر لکھا جانا چاہیے۔
6. صرف مقررہ اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترنے والے امیدواروں کو ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔ کوئی TA/DA قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
