As you are Aware that the filed activities of 7th Population and Housing Census going to start from 1st March 2023. It is informed that NADRA person deputed at CSC will prepare the tablets for field operation from 1st Feburary 2023 till 15th Feburary 2023.

2. Therefore you are requested to direct the PBS staff deputed at CSC to check the tablets and call the field staff at CSC for issuance of tablets from 16th Feburary 2023 till 24th Feburary 2023.

   • Batch-II: 19th Feburary – 21st Feburary 2023
   • Batch-III: 22nd Feburary – 24th Feburary 2023
3. Officials deputed at CSC may customize the batches to adjust the staff trained in 4th and 5th Batch.
   Check List to be signed by Enumerator is attached. PBS official will compile the signed checklist /forms batch
   wise and the same to FS section at HQ on the very next day. However, PBS official will inform FS section immediately in case of any issue to resolve it timely.

جیسا کہ آپ کو معلوم ہے کہ ساتویں آبادی اور مکانات کی مردم شماری کی فائل کی سرگرمیاں یکم مارچ 2023 سے شروع ہو رہی ہیں۔ مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ CSC میں تعینات نادرا فرد یکم فروری 2023 سے 15 فروری 2023 تک فیلڈ آپریشن کے لیے ٹیبلٹس تیار کرے گا۔

2. اس لیے آپ سے درخواست ہے کہ CSC میں تعینات پی بی ایس سٹاف کو ٹیبلیٹ چیک کرنے کی ہدایت کریں اور CSC میں فیلڈ سٹاف کو 16 فروری 2023 سے 24 فروری 2023 تک گولیاں جاری کرنے کے لیے کال کریں۔

   شمار کنندہ کے دستخط کرنے کے لیے چیک لسٹ منسلک ہے۔ PBS اہلکار دستخط شدہ چیک لسٹ/فارم بیچ مرتب کرے گا۔
   اگلے ہی دن ہیڈکوارٹر میں ایف ایس سیکشن کے لیے بھی وہی۔ تاہم، PBS اہلکار کسی بھی مسئلے کی صورت میں FS سیکشن کو فوری طور پر مطلع کرے گا تاکہ اسے بروقت حل کیا جا سکے۔
