- Fill the application structure and challan charge appropriately.
- Pay the recommended test charge in any part of UBL and get the receipt from the bank.
- If it’s not too much trouble, guarantee that receipt should bear apparent bank stamp.
- Send the filled application structure alongside unique receipt (CTS PAK Copy) to: CTS Headquarter, 414, F2 Floor, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore.
