Applications are invited for filling the vacancies of Forest Guards in Buner Forest Division, Daggar as
per provincial Government Policy for recruitment on regular basis. Eligibility qualification is as under

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (MUST READ BEFORE APPLYING)
(1). General Age relaxation will be admissible as per prescribed rules of Government of Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa. (2). The candidates already in Government Service may apply through proper channel
and produce NOC at the time of interview. (3). Age qualification & Experience will be counted from the
last date of the advertisement (4). Applicants are advised to submit their application forms within 28
days till (07.10.2022) from the issue of the advertisement. Application received after due date will not
be entertained. (5). Only eligible short listed candidates will be called for written test after the complete
scrutiny of application forms. (6). Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents
will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process. (7). The competent authority has right to defer
or cancel the recruitment process at any stage. (8). At any stage of processing the recruitment
increase/decrease in post will be acceptable (9). Mobile phones, weapons, calculator or any other
electronic devices will not be permissible in the test centers (10). Fees will not be transferable or
refundable. (11). No application will be entertained by hand. (12). At initial stage copies of educational
documents are not required to be attached with the application for except copy of CNIC and two white
backgrounds passport size photographs. (13). Form processing fee can be deposited in any HBL or MCB
Bank online country wide branches Duly filled application forms along with original deposit slip should
reach within 28 days till (07.10.2022) through any courier services registered post after publication of
the advertisement to Manager Operations, Elite Testing Services (ETS) Address. Street No. 34, Block
No. 89, Office No. 6, 1&T Center, G-10/1, Islamabad for query or help dial 051-8482569-70. (14). Only
short listed candidates in the written /physical test will be asked to submit their attested verified documents
for further evaluation process on the basis of ESTA Code for recruitment by Government of Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa. (15), Departmental Selection Committee constituted for the purpose shall call for interview
of the short listed candidates according to the merit list prepared by ETS on the basis of ESTA code
which will be available at ETS website http://elite.org.pk and also affixed on the Notice Board of DFO
Buner Forest Division at Daggar. (16). Merit list will remain valid for 90 days from the issuance of final
ment list (17). The selected candidates shall have to undergo one year mandatory pre service training
as stipendiary student at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School Thai Abbottabad and the posting order of
the candidates shall be issued only after successful completion of the said training (18). Candidates
need to update themselves from ETS website (https://elite.org.pk and +92-51-8482569-70).

(1)۔ عمر میں عام رعایت حکومت خیبر کے مقررہ قوانین کے مطابق قابل قبول ہوگی۔
پختون خواہ۔ (2)۔ پہلے سے سرکاری ملازمت میں موجود امیدوار مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
اور انٹرویو کے وقت این او سی پیش کریں۔ (3)۔ عمر کی اہلیت اور تجربہ کو سے شمار کیا جائے گا۔
اشتہار کی آخری تاریخ (4)۔ درخواست دہندگان کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ اپنے درخواست فارم 28 کے اندر جمع کرائیں۔
اشتہار جاری ہونے سے (07.10.2022) تک کے دن۔ مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواست نہیں ہوگی۔
تفریح ہو. (5)۔ مکمل ہونے کے بعد صرف اہل شارٹ لسٹڈ امیدواروں کو تحریری امتحان کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔

بھرتی کے عمل کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر مسترد کر دیا جائے گا۔ (7)۔ مجاز اتھارٹی کو التوا کا حق حاصل ہے۔
یا کسی بھی مرحلے پر بھرتی کے عمل کو منسوخ کر دیں۔ (8)۔ بھرتی کی کارروائی کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر

کی اشاعت کے بعد کسی بھی کورئیر سروسز رجسٹرڈ پوسٹ کے ذریعے (07.10.2022) تک 28 دنوں کے اندر پہنچیں۔

حکومت خیبر کی جانب سے بھرتی کے لیے ESTA کوڈ کی بنیاد پر مزید جانچ کے عمل کے لیے
پختون خواہ۔ (15)، اس مقصد کے لیے تشکیل دی گئی ڈیپارٹمنٹل سلیکشن کمیٹی انٹرویو کے لیے بلائے گی۔
ESTA کوڈ کی بنیاد پر ETS کی طرف سے تیار کردہ میرٹ لسٹ کے مطابق شارٹ لسٹڈ امیدواروں میں سے
جو ETS کی ویب سائٹ (http://elite.org.pk) پر دستیاب ہوگا اور ڈی ایف او کے نوٹس بورڈ پر بھی چسپاں ہوگا۔
بونیر فاریسٹ ڈویژن ڈگر۔ (16)۔ میرٹ لسٹ فائنل کے اجراء سے 90 دنوں تک کارآمد رہے گی۔
فہرست (17) منتخب امیدواروں کو ایک سال کی لازمی پری سروس ٹریننگ سے گزرنا ہوگا۔
