Matric Tech Master Trainers Nomination 2026 – PECTAA Notification
Table Of Contents
The Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) has released an official notice (Ref No. Link/QAED(Wing)/34-51/2024/158, dated 18 February 2026) inviting districts to nominate Master Trainers for the Matric Tech program. The initiative is designed to strengthen technical and vocational education at the matriculation level across Punjab.
All District Heads of PECTAA have been directed to submit nominations along with verified school and teacher data no later than 20 February 2026 (Friday). Matric Tech schools data submission 2026.
Modules Identified for Training
Master Trainers are required for the following six Matric Tech subjects:
- Computer Science
- Agricultural Science
- Health Sciences
- Fashion Designing
- Communication Skills
- Personal Grooming
Each district must nominate 08 trainers per module. If all six modules are operational, a total of 48 Master Trainers per district will be required.
Eligibility Requirements
Selected candidates should meet the following standards:
- Relevant academic background in the respective subject
- Practical experience in the field
- Proven ability to conduct professional training sessions
- Capacity to support curriculum implementation and mentoring
Role of Master Trainers
Appointed trainers will:
- Conduct structured training sessions for Matric Tech teachers
- Guide schools in effective subject implementation
- Ensure teaching quality aligns with PECTAA standards
- Provide ongoing academic and technical support
