Subject: RECRUITMENT IN PAKISTAN RANGERS (PUNJAB).

1. The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Interior’s O.M No.
   F.4/4/2019-R(Punjab) dated 4th November, 2022 on the subject noted above and to state that obtaining a prior NOC from this Division is mandatory before making prescribed kind of recruitment. Moreover, requisite staff with matching qualification, experience and grade is not available in the surplus pool for absorption against the reported vacant posts. Therefore, Ministry of Interior may fill 776x vacant posts of different cadres i.e. 2x
   Naib Khateeb (BPS-11),
   674x Sepoy (General Duty) (BPS-05),
   25x Sepoy Cook (BPS-05)
   and 75x Non-Combatant Enrolled (S/Worker, Plumber, Carpenter & Painters (Veh) etc.
   (BPS-01) in HQs Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) under the administrative control of that Ministry as mentioned in the OM under reference in accordance with the approved recruitment rules of the posts subject to completion of all codal formalities and in line with the directions of this Division’s Recruitment Policy dated 22-10-2014 as amended from time to time and mechanism dated 16-01-2015, as amended from time to time.

2. This NOC is valid for a period of six (06) months from its issuance.
   However, according to para 1-(xiii) of recruitment policy guidelines dated
   22-10-2014, as amended from time to time recruitment is required to be finalized within 120 days from the date of advertisement.
3. The advertisement to be published for recruitment may be forwarded by the
   concerned Ministry/Division directly to Press Information Department, Information &
   Broadcasting Division. However, the appointing authority of the concerned
   Ministry/Division/Department/Organization shall ensure completion of all procedural
   and codal requirements in letter & spirit in line with the Recruitment Policy while
   making recruitment and will be held responsible for illegality if any.

1. زیر دستخطی پتے O.M No.
   F.4/4/2019-R (پنجاب) مورخہ 4 نومبر 2022 کو مذکورہ موضوع پر اور اعلان کریں کہ مقررہ قسم کی بھرتی کرنے سے پہلے اس ڈویژن سے پیشگی NOC حاصل کرنا لازمی ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، مناسب قابلیت، تجربہ اور گریڈ کے ساتھ مطلوبہ عملہ سرپلس پول میں دستیاب نہیں ہے تاکہ انہیں اطلاع دی گئی آسامیوں میں شامل کیا جا سکے۔ اس طرح وزارت داخلہ مختلف کیڈرز کی 776 خالی آسامیوں کو بھر سکتی ہے، یعنی 2x
   نائب خطیب (BPS-11)،
   674x سپاہی (جنرل ڈیوٹی) (BPS-05)،
   25x سپاہی کک (BPS-05)
   اور 75x رجسٹرڈ غیر جنگجو (S/worker، پلمبر، بڑھئی اور پینٹر (Veh) وغیرہ۔
   (BPS-01) اس وزارت کے انتظامی کنٹرول کے تحت ہیڈکوارٹرز پاکستان رینجرز (پنجاب) میں جیسا کہ مذکورہ او ایم میں مذکور ہے اسامیوں کے منظور شدہ بھرتی قوانین کے مطابق تمام ضابطہ اخلاق کی تعمیل اور اس کے رہنما خطوط کے مطابق۔ ڈویژن کی بھرتی کی پالیسی مورخہ 22/10/2014، جیسا کہ وقتاً فوقتاً ترمیم کی جاتی ہے، اور 16/01/2015 کے طریقہ کار میں، جیسا کہ وقتاً فوقتاً ترمیم کی جاتی ہے۔

2. یہ NOC جاری ہونے سے چھ (06) ماہ کی مدت کے لیے درست ہے۔
   تاہم، ریکروٹمنٹ پالیسی گائیڈلائنز کے پیرا 1-(xiii) کے مطابق
   22-10-2014، جیسا کہ ترمیم کی گئی ہے، اشتہار کی تاریخ سے 120 دنوں کے اندر بھرتی مکمل کی جانی چاہیے۔
3. بھرتی کے لیے شائع ہونے والا اشتہار کمپنی کی طرف سے آگے بھیجا جا سکتا ہے۔
   متعلقہ وزارت/ڈویژن سے براہ راست پریس انفارمیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ، انفارمیشن اور
   براڈکاسٹنگ ڈویژن۔ تاہم، اتھارٹی متعلقہ شخص کو مقرر کرنے کا مجاز ہے۔
   وزارت/محکمہ/محکمہ/تنظیم اس بات کو یقینی بنائے گا کہ تمام طریقہ کار مکمل ہو گئے ہیں۔
   اور بھرتی کی پالیسی کے مطابق کوڈ کے تقاضے
   بھرتی کا انعقاد اور کسی بھی غیر قانونی کام کا ذمہ دار ہو گا۔
