It is known that the field operation of 7 censuses of population, houses and flats (1 digital census always) w.e.f. March 1, 2023 throughout the country, Enumerations are carried out by field workers provided by the provincial departments of local / district administration.

It is reported that PBS provided funds under the account headings, i.e. Vehicle hire (100%), training fees (100%) and services rendered (56%) to be billed to Deputy Commissioners for additional payments to field staff and logistical arrangements.
It is based on the approval of the Chief Enumerator. Nankana Sahib.

In this regard, all Deputy Commissioners may follow the rules of financial management and shall not pay remuneration to Census Commissioners and Supervisors until such time as
passing certificate from District Census Officer to Pakistan Bureau of Statistics.
