Eligibility Criteria for Lahore High Court Jobs 2023

Additional and District Judges
Qualifications: (a) Must hold a law degree from a recognized university entitling him to practice law or be a member of the Scottish Bar
(b) An advocate who has actively practiced law for at least 2 years after being enrolled as an advocate.
Age Limit: Not less than 35 years and not more than 45 years as on 22 May 2023. Candidates are allowed age relaxation of one year in the upper age limit.
Civil Judges-cum-Magistrates (BS-17)
Qualifications: (a) Solicitor (holds a law degree from a recognized university entitling him to practice law or is a member of the Scottish Faculty of Solicitors)
(b) A practicing advocate of the Lahore High Court and courts subordinate to the Lahore High Court with a minimum experience of ten years.
Age Limit: Not less than 22 years and not more than 35 years as on 22.05.2023. Candidates are allowed age relaxation for a period of six months in the upper age limit.

How to Apply for Lahore High Court Jobs 2023?

Interested candidates must apply online through Lahore High Court online job portal at https://jobs.lhc.gov.pk/.
There is no need to submit a hard copy of the application.
The online application must be completely filled in with utmost care and must contain correct information.
Candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable examination fee of Rs.6000/- (for Additional District and Sessions Judges), Rs.5000/- (for Civil Judges-cum-Magistrates) online at any branch of MCB Bank located in the province of Punjab at MCB Bank Lahore High Court, Lahore Branch Gold Saving Account No. 0785503341001134 titled “Human Resource District Judiciary” and fill the prescribed application online. After printing, applicants are required to send the application form to the office of the undersigned together with the original fee payment slip.
Certified copies of documents must be attached to the application (see advertisement for each post).
Without payment of the application fee, the application will not be accepted.
