Subject: SCHOOL ASSESSMENT (SBA) 2023 AND SHARING OF DECLARATION WITH STUDENTS
- Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) deeply acknowledges the support
provided by CEOS, DEA in the implementation of School Based Assessment (SBA) 2023. The conduct was very smooth and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) which proves that the SBA was implemented in its true letter and spirit. During the implementation of the SBA, a number of schools across the province were visited for facilitation and feedback and it was observed that almost all schools had produced documents from the IBS and implemented the SBA accordingly. - The date announced for the SBA also includes the date for the preparation and distribution of report cards based on student evaluations and feedback to parents about their child’s performance.
- It is therefore requested that you order all heads of institutions under your leadership
jurisdiction to organize school-level functions for the distribution of report cards by inviting students, parents and school board members. Further all CEOS, DEOS, Dy. DEOS and AEOs are also requested to kindly arrange functions (at least) in one school under their management at district, tehsil and markaz level for distribution of report cards by inviting all stakeholders and publicize the SBA results widely. - Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated.

سکول بیسڈ اسسمنٹ (SBA) 2023 کے نفاذ میں CEOS, DEA کے ذریعے فراہم کیا گیا۔ طرز عمل بہت ہموار اور معیاری آپریٹنگ پروسیجرز (SOPS) کے مطابق تھا جو یہ ثابت کرتا ہے کہ SBA کو اس کے حقیقی خط اور روح کے ساتھ لاگو کیا گیا تھا۔ SBA کے نفاذ کے دوران، سہولت اور آراء کے لیے صوبہ بھر کے متعدد اسکولوں کا دورہ کیا گیا اور یہ دیکھا گیا کہ تقریباً تمام اسکولوں نے IBS سے دستاویزات تیار کیں اور اس کے مطابق SBA کو نافذ کیا۔ - SBA کے لیے اعلان کردہ تاریخ میں طالب علم کے جائزوں اور والدین کو ان کے بچے کی کارکردگی کے بارے میں فیڈ بیک پر مبنی رپورٹ کارڈ کی تیاری اور تقسیم کی تاریخ بھی شامل ہے۔
- اس لیے آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ آپ اپنی قیادت میں تمام اداروں کے سربراہان کو حکم دیں۔
طالب علموں، والدین اور اسکول بورڈ کے اراکین کو مدعو کرکے رپورٹ کارڈ کی تقسیم کے لیے اسکول کی سطح پر تقریب منعقد کرنے کا دائرہ اختیار۔ مزید تمام CEOS، DEOS، Dy. DEOS اور AEOs سے بھی درخواست کی جاتی ہے کہ مہربانی کرکے تمام اسٹیک ہولڈرز کو مدعو کرکے رپورٹ کارڈ کی تقسیم کے لیے ضلع، تحصیل اور مرکز کی سطح پر اپنے زیر انتظام ایک اسکول میں تقریب (کم از کم) کا اہتمام کریں اور SBA کے نتائج کی وسیع پیمانے پر تشہیر کریں۔ - آپ کے تعاون کی بہت تعریف کی جائے گی۔
