Guidelines/Criteria
Guidelines for Nomination of Teachers for Learning Camps
Assistant Education Officers (AEOS) shall finalize the nomination of teachers for
Learning Camps with the following considerations.

At least 2 teachers to be nominated (1 nominee teacher and 1 on standby).
The teachers’ track record, performance, and attendance should be accorded the
highest weightage in the finalization of nomination.
The teacher should be willing to teach in a learning camp during summer vacation which involves working in a non traditional classroom setting.
The teacher should have the willingness and ability to put in the required effort to
bring enrollment for the learning camp. This may involve reaching out to parents and community members to promote the camp and encourage enrollment.
The teacher should have a good reputation in the local community and be aware of the local community dynamics. This will help to build trust with the community and create a positive learning environment.
The teacher should be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the learning camp environment. This may include adjusting teaching methods to suit the needs of the students.

Enrolment Criteria

Minimum expected enrolment target per camp is 30 students. CEOS, AEOS and
HTS to ensure the achievement of Target.
The proportion of enrolling OOSC shall be at least 20% of the total enrolment of
the camp (i.e., at least 12 OOSC or more per camp).

Remuneration Criteria

Remuneration: PKR 18,000/month.
Retention premium (PKR 1000/OOSC up to maximum PKR 10,000) for ensuring
mainstreaming/enrolment of OOSC from learning camps in regular classes.
