I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to inform that a meeting of all CEOS (DEAS) is scheduled to be held on 22-05-2023 (Monday) at 10:30 A.M. at Quaid-e-Azam Academy of Educational Development (QAED), Link Wahdat Road, Lahore, under the chairmanship of Minister for School Education to discuss the following agenda items.

1) The Director Public Instructions (SE/EE), Punjab, Lahore
2) All the Chief Executive Officers, District Education Authorities (DEAS), Punjab
AGENDA ITEMS

Anti-Dengue activities / Compliance of SOPS
Security measures (A+ & A category) of schools
School Improvement Framework (SIF)
Pakistan Citizen Portal Complaints – PMDU
Enrollment & Retention of students
Timely submission / issuance of retirement, pension and payment of leave cases
Timely submission of cases for creation of OSD posts in favour of
legal heirs
Status of enquiry / litigation cases
Utilization of NSB status
Data correction on SIS/SED-HRMIS
Distribution of available free text books to the students
Promotion Status (DPCs)
Detail of Leave Encashment Cases
It is requested to make it convenient to attend the above said meeting personally, well prepared, on above said scheduled date and time.
