CONSTITUTE THE SCRUTINY COMMITTEE REGARDING DATA CORRECTIONS / RECTIFICATIONS AND UPDATION OF TEACHERS RECORDS ON SIS & SED-HRMIS

I am requested to inform that the competent authority has desired it solve the issue of corrections/corrections and updating of teachers’ records in the School Information System (SIS) and SED-HRMIS based on the documents. In this regard, you are requested to form a district level review committee consisting of the following members.

General Director Convener
Deputy Director (B&P) member
Member Deputy Director (Admin).

In addition, the commission will start its activities from 13.04.2023 to 30.04.2023 and also submit a report on the correction of data/records of teachers on 03.05.2023 to the Department of Education.

The commission will work on the following
TORS:

i. Identify the required patch/correction and update on SIS & SED-HRMIS as per
the documents and records were provided by the teacher in question.
ii. Check and verify the accuracy of the records/data contained against the available official documents/records.

iii. The committee is responsible for providing supporting/official documents and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
IV. The committee will also get an undertaking on the mark paper from the concerned teacher where required.

All teachers (whose data must be corrected/updated in SIS and SED-
HRMIS) are invited to appear before the Scrutiny Committee for correction/correction and updating of their records/data in SIS and SED-HRMIS.

دستاویزات کی بنیاد پر سکول انفارمیشن سسٹم (SIS) اور SED-HRMIS میں اساتذہ کے ریکارڈ کی اصلاح/تصحیح اور اپ ڈیٹ کرنے کا مسئلہ حل کریں۔ اس سلسلے میں آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ ذیل کے ممبران پر مشتمل ضلعی سطح کی جائزہ کمیٹی تشکیل دیں۔

میں. مطلوبہ پیچ/تصحیح کی شناخت کریں اور SIS اور SED-HRMIS کے مطابق اپ ڈیٹ کریں۔
دستاویزات اور ریکارڈز سوال میں استاد کے ذریعہ فراہم کیے گئے تھے۔
ii دستیاب سرکاری دستاویزات/ریکارڈ کے خلاف موجود ریکارڈز/ڈیٹا کی درستگی کی جانچ اور تصدیق کریں۔
iii کمیٹی درستگی اور مکمل ہونے کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے معاون/سرکاری دستاویزات اور ریکارڈ فراہم کرنے کی ذمہ دار ہے۔

چہارم کمیٹی متعلقہ ٹیچر سے مارک پیپر پر انڈرٹیکنگ بھی حاصل کرے گی۔
