امتحان سیکنڈری سکول سرٹیفکیٹ (پارٹ فرسٹ کلاس نہم ، پارٹ سیکنڈ کلاس دہم و کمپوزٹ) سیکنڈ سالانہ 2026

ضروری ہدایات برائے امیدواران و سپروائزری سٹاف:

انگلش لازمی، ریاضی سائنس، جنرل ریاضی، کے پرچوں کا امتحان دو مختلف اوقات میں ہوگا۔ (یعنی پہلا وقت 09:00 بجے صبح اور دوسرا وقت 02:00 بجے دوپہر شروع ہوگا۔ جبکہ جمعتہ المبارک کے دن سیکنڈ ٹائم کا پرچہ 02:30 بجے شروع ہوگا)
جملہ امیدواران ہر پرچہ کے آغاز سے آدھا گھنٹہ قبل اپنی موجودگی سنٹر میں ہر صورت یقینی بنائیں گے۔ یعنی صبح 08:30 بجے، دوپہر 01:30 بجے جبکہ بروز جمعہ 02:00 بجے دوپہر سنٹر میں حاضر ہوں گے۔ بصورت دیگر انہیں سنٹر میں بیٹھنے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔
ہر پرچہ کے آغاز میں نگران عملہ امیدواران کو امتحانی پرچہ کے مقررہ وقت سے آگاہ کرے گا۔
امیدواران کو رول نمبر سلپ پر پرنٹ شدہ ڈیٹ شیٹ کے مطابق امتحان دینا ہوگا۔
امیدوار نے جس وقت اور سنٹر میں امتحان دینا ہے وہ وقت / گروپ اور سنٹر اس کی رولنمبر سلپ پر لکھا ہوگا امیدواران کو کسی اور وقت / گروپ یا سنٹر میں امتحان دینے کی قطعا اجازت نہ ہوگی۔
غیر مسلم امیدواران جو اسلامیات لازمی کی بجائے اخلاقیات کے مضمون میں شامل ہو رہے ہیں وہ مضمون ہذا کا امتحان ڈیٹ شیٹ کے مطابق مقررہ تاریخ اور وقت پر ہی دیں گے۔
دوران امتحان کسی بھی مقامی / عام تعطیل کا اعلان ڈیٹ شیٹ پر ہرگز اثر انداز نہ ہوگا اور امتحان ڈیٹ شیٹ میں درج شدہ تاریخوں کے مطابق ہی ہوگا۔
امیدوار پر لازم ہے کہ وہ اپنی رول نمبر سلپ روزانہ کمرہ امتحان میں اپنے ہمراہ لائے۔ بصورت دیگر اسے امتحان میں شرکت کی اجازت نہ دی جائے گی۔
امیدوار نہ صرف اس امر کی تسلی کر لے کہ اس کی رول نمبر سلپ پر درج تھیوری اور پریکٹیکل کے مضامین کی تواریخ، اوقات اور گروپ درست ہیں بلکہ ان سب کا موازنہ سنٹر میں موجود تفصیلی ڈیٹ شیٹ سے بھی اچھی طرح کر لے۔ تاکہ کسی غلطی کی صورت میں امیدوار کو کسی پریشانی/نقصان کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑے۔
اگر کوئی امیدوار کسی بھی وجہ سے کمرہ امتحان احتجاجا چھوڑے گا تو کسی بھی صورت میں اس پرچہ / مضمون میں اس کا دوبارہ امتحان نہیں لیا جائے گا۔
امتحانی سنٹر کے اندر اور اس کی حدود (100 گز) میں موبائل فون لانا ممنوع ہے۔
معروضی اور انشائیہ پرچہ پر مقررہ وقت کا اندراج کر دیا گیا ہے جس کے مطابق پرچہ کا اختتام ہوگا۔
کسی دوسرے امیدوار کی جگہ امتحان دینا/دلوانا (تلبیس شخصی / Impersonation) مال پریکٹس ایکٹ کے تحت قابل تعزیر جرم ہے۔

Secondary School Certificate Examination (Part First Class 9th, Part Second Class 10th & Composite) Second Annual 2026

Important Instructions for Candidates and Supervisory Staff:

Exams for English Compulsory, Mathematics Science, and General Mathematics papers will be held at two different times. (i.e., the first session starts at 09:00 AM and the second session starts at 02:00 PM. However, on Friday, the second session paper will start at 02:30 PM).
All candidates must ensure their presence in the center half an hour before the start of each paper. i.e., they must be present in the center at 08:30 AM for the morning session, 01:30 PM for the afternoon session, and at 02:00 PM on Friday. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to sit in the center.
At the start of each paper, the supervisory staff will inform the candidates about the stipulated time for the examination paper.
Candidates will have to take the exam according to the date sheet printed on their roll number slip.
The candidate must take the exam at the time/group and center written on their roll number slip; candidates will strictly not be allowed to take the exam at any other time/group or center.
Non-Muslim candidates who are appearing in the subject of Ethics instead of Compulsory Islamic Studies will take the exam for this subject on the scheduled date and time according to the date sheet.
During the examination, the announcement of any local/public holiday will not affect the date sheet at all, and the exam will be held exactly according to the dates mentioned in the date sheet.
It is mandatory for candidates to bring their roll number slip to the examination room daily. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to participate in the exam.
Candidates should not only satisfy themselves that the dates, times, and groups of the theory and practical subjects printed on their roll number slip are correct, but also compare all of them carefully with the detailed date sheet available at the center. This ensures that in case of any mistake, the candidate does not have to face any trouble/loss.
If any candidate leaves the examination room in protest for any reason, a re-examination for that paper/subject will not be conducted under any circumstances.
Bringing a mobile phone inside the examination center and within its boundaries (100 yards) is strictly prohibited.
The stipulated time is recorded on the objective and subjective paper, according to which the paper will conclude.
Taking an exam on behalf of someone else or having someone else take it (Impersonation) is a punishable offense under the Malpractices Act.
