- learn from their peers through sharing of lesson plans and activities

I post on the forums, but to be honest I don’t reply to any of the posts. Or I just say 1 agree’, even if I don’t. I wish people would actually share what they do in class instead of saying what they think they ‘should’ say. That would be more useful to me as a teacher. I don’t ask questions on the forums though. I don’t want people to think I’m stupid.

I used to really like the forums, but someone was rude to me once and I didn’t feel like doing it after that. I still read them because I can pick up some good ideas from other teachers. It also makes me feel better when people say they have the same problems as me!

Part 2:
I thought the forums were optional, but I just found out I am supposed to write posts. I’m not sure what I have to do and I’m afraid that I’ll say the ‘wrong’ thing. I’m also worried it’s going to take a lot of time, and I don’t have a lot of spare time. I’m retiring in a few years and I’m not really into this app thing.
