FACE TO FACE DSES & AEOS TRAINING FOR MODULE-II EaSTE PROJECT (2022-
2024).

2.
QAED Punjab will conduct 06 Days’ face to face training of District Subject
Experts (DSES) under School-based CPD of PSTS for Module-Ill of EaSTE w.e.f. 27-02-23 to 04-03-23
at QAED Punjab, Wahdat Road Lahore. The list of selected DSES (100) is enclosed in Annexure-A.

District Subject Experts (DSES) will provide 5 days face to face training
Assistant Educational Officers (AEOs) i.e. Batch-1 (06-03-23 ​​to 10-03-23) & Batch-II (13-03-23 ​​to 17-
03-23) in QAED district in 36 districts of Punjab.
4.
QAED District Leaders are therefore requested to do the following:
a) to coordinate with the concerned CEOs the exemption from DSES and AEOS
their schools/workplaces for training
b) ensure 100% participation of DSES and AEO during training as planned
shared above
c) Allotment of DSE for AEO training in two batches at District QAEDS
5.
Software copies of the training content will be shared for the AEO training and schedule
via e-mail. The QAED Leader will receive a photocopy of the Training for Trainers (DSE) content
and participants (AEOS).
6.
Financial instructions for AEO training will be issued by the Deputy
Finance Director QAED Punjab.
